Riverview Pet Friendly Condo in Downtown Bend

We're so glad you enjoyed the updated space and that incredible third floor view of the Deschutes. It's hard to beat watching the river flow by right from your own balcony. The balcony offers some pretty spectacular views of the Deschutes river, especially during sunset. To be able cook your own home made meal and enjoy it while overlooking the beauty Bend has to offer is another type of peace and relaxation. We cannot wait to have you back for another visit!

We’re glad you enjoyed the unbeatable location, cleanliness, value, and our team’s communication! Bend Riverside has been around since the 70s, and while that character is part of its charm, we completely understand that some areas are ready for a little extra love. The good news is the slider screen will be repaired, and the AC enclosure you mentioned is actually part of a much bigger project already planned. The unit is getting a completely new deck this fall, including replacement of that enclosure! We appreciate you pointing out the other items as well so we can continue working with the owner on improvements. Every condo here is individually owned and has its own style, so if you visit again, give our office a call and we’d be happy to help match you with a unit that fits what you’re looking for.
