Located in the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains overlooking the 16th hole, enjoy this newly renovated spacious 5-bedroom, 4-full bathrooms 2-level, 2-car garage home with huge decks on both levels. Bring your bags, you will never want to leave. So much to do for all ages.

The home has two family rooms, both offering oversized stone fireplaces and two wrap-around decks on each floor with a gas grill for outdoor grilling.

Our brand new gourmet kitchen includes a double oven, crockpot, Keurig coffee, multiple baking pans, garbage disposal, and dishwasher.

The dining room offers an expandable section to accommodate every guest.

There are 4 brand new modern bathrooms with upgraded tiles and rain showers.
Master bathroom en-suite with dual showers, upper-level hallway bathroom full with bathtub, lower level bathrooms are full with rain-shower heads and there is two downstairs.

Check out our game room with an 8' Brunswick billiard table surrounded by a wood-burning fireplace.

Huge smart TVs located in each of the living areas and the master bedroom with Playstation 4 and assorted games to enjoy. 75-inch Smart tv media/playroom lower level, 43-inch smart tv Gameroom, 65-inch smart tv in the living room, 55-inch smart tv in the master bedroom. Tons of wildlife including deer right in your back yard and throughout the entire community. Lake Arrowhead Yacht and Country Club is a private, gated community with 24-hour security nestled in the North Georgia Mountains and only 55 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 65 minutes to Chattanooga, TN. Lake Arrowhead has a beautiful, 18-hole, mountain, golf course open to the public! . Lake Arrowhead is the largest, man-made, privately-owned lake in Georgia. The lake is approximately 540 acres, with a water depth of 80 to 100 feet. Fish include bass, bream, and catfish. Hiking trails, play ground, picnic area, tennis and 2 pools are available for your use.

Another Peaceful Stay

This is our 2nd time staying here! House is peaceful with beautiful views! Love watching the deer in the area and on the golf course below the home. We had such a relaxing time. Everything was wonderful and the owners were very easy to work with. The drive was easy into town. We loved sitting on the patio every night watching the deer. Having access to the golf course was a huge plus and being able to relax at the lake. The kids had a blast!

Absolutely perfect!

We had a group of 10 staying for a baseball tournament. We had the best time! The house is perfect and has everything you could possibly need. We cooked most of our meals there and always had all the utensils we needed. The lake is amazing and the views are spectacular!!

We were in Georgia visiting family in Canton and Cartersville. Beautiful, comfortable home. We loved the secluded mountain atmosphere. Beautifully updated home with tons of space! Perfect for larger groups! Peaceful location with beautiful views! This was the 3rd time we have stayed in Lake Arrowhead area and love everything about it. Home is fully stocked with newer appliances. Lake is beautiful. Hidden gem

The neighborhood is unlike any weā€™ve ever been to. Golf course, lakes, woods, and tons of animals. We really enjoyed having dinner on the patio watching the golfers and deer. Adam was wonderful to work with and we will return. Highly recommend

This is perfection!

Our stay was truly perfection! The hosts were wonderful and helpful with everything. The house is simply beautiful and the inside is gorgeous. He sat outside at night and the views were amazing, and the wildlife was incredible. Deer were All over! This is absolutely a perfect spot for vacation or just family time with rest and relaxation. Plenty to do also as there is a golf course and a marina. Our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend and hope to someday make it right back there. We were not disappointed. We loved it!

We were in town with family for a wedding weekend. The description says steps to the lake but except for a water hazard on the golf course it was not within walking distance. House was nice and clean but lots of potential fees if house isn't returned just so.

Wonderful property and great owners

Our family traveled to Georgia for a wedding and needed a house large enough to accommodate 9 adults and two children. This home was perfect! The size and layout of the home provided ample space for everyone! The two family rooms along with multiple outdoor areas provided everyone with a place to hang out and have privacy when needed! The home had everything we needed and more. We stayed for five days and cooked meals there. The kitchen was stocked well and the gas grill made cooking supper even easier! We loved having a fire outside and the views were spectacular! The owners, Adam and Kim worked hard to make sure our stay was perfect and checked in with us daily to make sure we had all that we needed! We made lots of memories at this home especially multiple nights of games around the dining room table! We would recommend this home to couples and families alike! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location and home, just one issue

Enjoyed our trip to Arrowhead. The home was great in terms of amenities with modern showers, four bedrooms, lots of space to lounge inside and out. There was propane grill outside, propane firepit, heating lamp, solo stove for a wood fire, and extra propane tanks in the garage. View was great and right off the golf course. Everything was very clean and appears to be well taken care of. Plenty of TVs, a pool table, and ping-pong table. Adam also hooked us up with a friend who gave us access to his pontoon for a very reasonable rate. Overall, a good weekend on the lake, cooking out, and golf. Only thing to be aware of is that there is a noise monitoring system inside the home, I guess per renting requirements. We were fairly well behaved but the voice of 8 people was enough to trigger the noise alert and resulted in a phone call from the owner. Something to be aware of. Otherwise would have been perfect.

Excellent House

This house was great for our family. We came down for a baseball tournament in Lakepoint which is about 30 mins away. Easy drive to fields. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, golf, great views, pool, and lake when we were not at the baseball field. Owners we easy to get in touch with and the house was very spacious for what we needed. We would definitely recommend this house!

Excellent getaway

Perfect spot to get away for a family, extended family, or group. Multiple spots to hang out outdoors. Decks are spacious and quiet--couldn't hear any neighbors. Also a nice walking / easy hiking trail accessible from the house. Well equipped kitchen to cook. Large master bedroom with nice double shower. Amenities and place as a whole as pictured. Adam was very responsive in communication.
