The cabin itself was very clean but the hot tub gave me folliculitis. While it may have been ā€œcleanedā€ there is obviously bacteria in the water. Also the jets and lights did not work as expected. The check in process was very easy and I got many texts and emails checking in but I would reply to those texts saying I needed something and get no response. I could not get the fireplace to work and asked the property manager about it and never got a response. I asked for more towels and got no response. When I booked the cabin that said there was a fireplace I expected a working one. The property is great, it was very quiet because it was January, but I would say it was definitely off season and I hope that in the busy season people have a better experience.

The cabin was overall very nice. Some minor issues. Hot tub did not stay at temperature.

I had to contact the host for my door code but that wasnā€™t a big deal she answered the first time I called. The cabin was very nice. You could tell it gets cleaned and maintained. The location was nice and private / secluded. Some things that would have made me stay longer are. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable! It was very stiff and wore out so you just rolled into the middle. End tables on the sides of the bed would be a nice warm touch that would have madeMe want to stay more as there would be a place to charge my phone where I can here my alarm. And a place to set my water in the evening. A tv in the bedroom would be a nice touch for sure. The couch was nice and comfy but Iā€™d say itā€™s more like a waiting room seat than a couch. Not very big or roomy. Very hard for two people to cuddle or sit together at the tv. The shower was nice and clean but extremely tight and that made it hard to move much when it came to cleaning your body. The size of the room and the idea of it being a rustic cabin makes sense for the shower to be smaller a more simpler. So I would probably put a shower head that is more maneuverable or can function better like maybe it could have a shower head on a hose that can rinse the body better. Aside from those things i would Consider coming back. I love hocking hills but Iā€™ll likely look for a cabin that has those things next visit.

Beautiful cabin... Structurally sound no bugs etchot water was good. Working air conditioner but glad I brought a fan for the bedroom and porch it was hot out.Couch took away from the charm of the place, needs to be replaced or covered. Plates were chipped..had my own. Hot tub jets only worked in one spot. There was no hot tub lift to utilize either. I own a hot tub was disappointing. I didn't reach out during my stay to staff. They speak about free netflix no password for it. A binder of qr codes was available nothing physical to read.Place was just far enough from Hocking hills to be slightly inconvenient, if you have no reason to go back mid day will work out great. Restaurants in downtown logan were great as well people and food!

Over all very clean with a few exceptions:Shower very small, kitchen very limited dishware, utensil, brought my own coffee maker (heard from review wasnt that great. Didnt try) dishware nit updatessome plates chipped. (Recommend leaving mop for people to clean if muddy areas. Bed was not bad. Couch is a must to be changed. Anniversary weekend

Was a quiet and relaxing weekend. Hot tub was not up to par and the cover was difficult to deal with. Our water pump burnt out Saturday morning, but maintenance was quick to replace it. Definitely needs better dishes and some dish soap on site would be appropriate.

I sent two messages to the host prior to my arrival about the driveway wondering if I could get up with a small compact car. I never heard one word. There were no paper towels. No Kleenexes. No light above the stove the microwave light did not work. There needs to be more lighting in the house, especially above the kitchen table. The chairs are way too low for the kitchen table. There was a nice area outside for grilling and fire pit. The place was fairly clean. No

Super cute little cabin. Everything was very clean. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Only wish the shower was larger and there was more stirage. No place to hang clothes or places for toiletries. But enjoyed the cabin very much. Would stay here again.

Short getaway

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin. I kept reading reviews even most recent and had concerns . One review in May said no grill. Well I brought a portable one . Guess what ? There were 2 grills. One of which was very clean. There was even extra wood for fire pit . But since it was soo hot and dry we didnā€™t build a fire. Was very leary of the drive into the complex . Once you get into the drive into the cabin all was well . We had a death in the family and cut things short. Overall I would stay again but in the fall .

Basic needs meet. I could make some recommendations for a better stay like : shortening the shower curtain so its not dragging inside the shower to trip on and a differnet shower head (theres no escaping being constantly sprayed in the face), the hot tub top basically falls out the aide of the balconey if you are not careful, and the bedroom needs a bedside lamp .
