We're especially happy to hear you enjoyed your first visit to Hocking Hills. We appreciate your feedback regarding the gravel road. As is common in this rural area, the roads can be steep, and conditions may vary depending on weather and maintenance schedules. Regarding the water, the cabin uses well water, which can naturally have a sulfur odor from minerals commonly found in the region. The water is safe and routinely tested, but we understand that some guests may be more sensitive to the smell. The hot tub is balanced and sanitized in between each rental.
