Minutes to downtown Beaufort, Paris Island and Port Royal. Come enjoy all that Beaufort has to offer or just stay home and enjoy the gorgeous views of dolphins passing by from your private dock. There is plenty of room inside and out to relax and enjoy your stay.
The back yard has a small plunge pool for cooling down after a day out exploring, as well as a tree swing and yard games(cornhole and kubb).

Awesome location especially if you have a boat. Great dock and plunge pool to cool off. Great place for a large family. Excellent kitchen and dinning room.

The inside of the house was very clean and very large. This is an older home with lovely hardwood floors and beautiful accents in the interior architecture. This home could accommodate a very large group. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was nice and also very clean. The exterior of the home, the backyard, pool area and walkways needed to be cleaned. The cushions on the outdoor seating needs to be replaced. The view of the water was wonderful. The sun sets right at the back for a great view. Having a dock for the boat was a great plus. We really enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again. It would not take much improvement on the outside areas to make this a 5 star.

The location is beautiful! Gorgeous view and and awesome dock which we fished, shrimped and crabbed and enjoyed every minute! We caught and released stingrays, king fish, blue crab, white shrimp, pufferfish, and flounder! The pool was perfect for our kids, it was exactly what we needed. The exterior needed work for sure and some landscape maintenance. It is a little dated in need of some interior love as A/C didn’t help all rooms. Otherwise, we hosted a wake for a proud Marine after an incredible service. It met our needs and we did very much enjoy our stay. The owner was wonderful to work with and we appreciate the communication. If you do have a boat, bring it!!! Highly recommend you enjoy some time here. The pictures a little misleading but it’s very welcoming and cozy overall. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Perfect for an old low country getaway. The inside of the home is very clean and spacious! The grounds are older but nice. Dock is great for fishing. Pool is nice for lounging. Overall great stay !

Book club weekend in Beaufort

The house is great. Plenty of room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Plenty of bathrooms! The kitchen had all we needed, although we did not cook much so I can't give a detailed review of the pots and pans. It was a great house, and the view from the dock is a $Million$ view. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Great location but house needs a ton of work

The first impression of the exterior was - "this is it?". Doesn't look like the photographs. Interior was welcoming and clean. The queen mattresses sag resulting in 2 people rolling into the middle and waking each other. The siding and all decking has rot and/or termite damage. Outdoor furniture

Beautiful location

We loved the location, the creek is beautiful! Easy to dock and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The outside area is in need of some updating/structural work, but hanging on the dock was perfect and nice to have the plunge pool for a quick dip! Cute place.

Has Potential

Location, views, and dock were great! The smell that hit you when you entered the house was very unpleasant and stayed the whole stay. This smell was not outside the house, and you didn't smell it in the water when you drank or showered in it. The closet in the master bedroom had vents and areas around the vent covered in mold, there is a moisture issue and the moisture bag that was in there is not controlling the issue. Pest control was an issue. One bathroom had a fly infestation, so we closed that door and never used that bathroom, which was in one of the bedrooms. There was always a large bug of some kind in the master bedroom bed each night, plus small roaches in the kitchen. Inside of the house was clean (minus what was mentioned before), the outside was not. We never sat on the furniture outside on the deck. The cushions all had mold or algae growing on them and so did the outside rug. It looked like the seating area had not been swept or blown off in preparation of a customer coming. The deck around the pool had some very questionable boards; when these boards were stepped on, they gave a lot. The pool itself was nice, but the ladder to get out was broken. The washing machine water lines are connected backwards, you set it to cold water, and you get hot water. The ice dispenser was clogged up. This house has the potential to be a wonderful place to stay, but there are things that need to be fixed before it earns a 4 or 5 star rating.

Great Location with Beautiful Views

We loved the location of this VRBO. We were on the water with amenities in very close driving distance. We frequented Lady Island, the waterfront at Beaufort and Hunting Island Beach. It was a great trip with a great home base.

Peace and Beauty

The house is very spacious, clean and well appointed. The hostess was very gracious and very quick to reply to any messages I sent. My husband and I spent most of our time on the deck admiring the beautiful view, watching the dolphins swim by, crabbing and fishing from the dock (SC saltwater fishing license required), floating in the pool and just enjoying the peacefulness of the moment. We explored Beaufort and Hunting Island. It was a wonderful experience.

This property was amazing. We stayed for my son’s marine graduation and it was about 20 minutes from Parris Island. It accommodated my family and a couple of friends and was very spacious and well decorated. The view looking into the backyard was incredibly beautiful with the moss trees overlooking the water. Just make sure to bring bug spray for outside use. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this location and it was just as great as the first time. Adelyn was so accommodating with our short notice request to stay. The house, property, rooms, bathrooms etc was immaculate, comfortable and very roomy. We would definitely recommend this location.

Great home in a great area!

This home was perfect for our trip to see our Marine. It’s located in a great area and it was nice to have our morning coffee and overlook the water . Lots of space for everyone and the owner was great to work with. We will be back!

The wedding house

This stay started with us asking to get in early and Addie sweetly obliged. And allowed our dogs. Double score! I am going to be honest. When we pulled in to the house I was worried because of the condition of the the outside all around the house. The inside was fine though. The mattresses in the two Queen bedrooms are really awful! The king was fine. We had NO TV ACCESS. The view out the back was to die for but the back porch is kind of scary it’s so rotten. And it needed to be blown off badly. We enjoyed our stay for the wedding.

Charming home and wonderful host!

I came here with my fiance, brother and sister-in-law for my nephew's retirement ceremony from the Marines. We arrived the same night Tropical Storm Idalia was scheduled to pass through. We were concerned about having to cancel but the host was very understanding and assisted us in keeping track of the storm during our travels. We couldn't see much of the property that first night but immediately noticed how lovely the interior was. The home is beautifully decorated, reminiscent of bygone days- yet fully-equipped with all the modern amenities you could need or want, seamlessly integrated with the decor. We were especially taken with the bathrooms. Plenty of room for families with children, or multiple families; everyone could have their own space. Comfortable beds and living area. Great kitchen with all you need to cook. Only got a few nibbles while fishing and due to our schedules didn't get to try out the pool, but it was clean, as was the entire yard. There was also a supermoon occurring and the next morning at sunrise we were able to watch it setting over the marsh. Lovely! The host checked in daily, by text, just to make sure things were going well. She always friendly and never intrusive. After checkout I realized I had accidentally left a piece of jewelry with immense sentimental value. I contacted the host and she was so understanding and immediately offered to have it shipped to me if found (it was). All in all, this property comes highly recommended by my group!

Loved it!!

Beautiful house and a great location. Would definitely book again. If you have a boat with a 2ft or greater draft it could be difficult to navigate to the channel at super low tide.
