IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR PARADISE, YOU'VE FOUND IT!
This property has been described by some as the most beautiful location in all of Beaufort! With water on 3 sides at high tide, you're never without a view! This home was completely renovated in 2017 and includes 4 bedrooms (2 masters) and 3 full baths. One master is on each floor and both have king beds. The remaining 2 rooms are downstairs and have 2 twins in each. Kitchen and den are upstairs to take advantage of the gorgeous views! The home does have wifi. Outside, a bridge takes you to an island that connects to the deep water dock. Perfect for parking your boat! Two kayaks are available for use while you stay. Catch shrimp, crabs and fish right from the dock! Conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Beaufort, and 30 minutes to Parris Island. There truly is not a more peaceful place on earth!
Please note... we do not allow smoking or pets. Please be aware that the Marine Corp Air Station is across the river from the house. At times planes will take off and they can be loud. There is no schedule that they follow and most of the time you won't hear them at all.

Views from house and dock are gorgeous. House is nicely decorated and fully stocked with anything you could need. I was able to cook a full meal and had the pots, utensils, and spices needed. Host is excellent communicator and quick to respond. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. We took 2 boats, 20 and 24 ft. Dock accommodated the 24 ft boat nicely, but we had to dock the 20 ft boat beside it. The driveway was extremely narrow, with our boat trailers barely fitting, but there was tons of parking once we made it to the house. Beware if bringing a t-top boat. It will not fit down the driveway and you will need to put it in before arriving at the house and take it out at departure. The closest boat ramp was about 1 and 1/2 miles away, but it didn’t look very trustworthy. We launched our boats at the landing in town. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation home and we would definitely utilize it again.

Amazing Location

Beautiful home, in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the dock every evening, fishing, watching the dolphins, the sunset, and the Marine Aircraft flyovers.

Family get away

We were absolutely stunned with what a beautiful property this is. The views of the water are honestly unbeatable. We had plenty of room for my husband and I, our three grown children, son-in-law and granddaughter. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful dock fishing, crabbing and watching all of the dolphins. The sunset there is magnificent.Owner was very communicative and the house is super clean. Already planning to come back! Highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations

Loved the entire property. Roomy with great views from the living area upstairs and deck. Walking the short peninsula to the dock was fascinating. I cannot think of anything that did not meet the owners description of the property. Bird watching was great and casual golf was very nearby. Some may wish to be closer to town but we found that to be no problem. Loud planes do take off across the water but we enjoyed watching. Owner responded very quickly on both instances to questions by text.

Stunning!

Our family of 8 spent a week here in mid December as a Christmas experience and it did not disappoint. From the moment we checked in, the host was responsive and so accommodating and made our trip so easy! The property is gorgeous -- water on three sides, completely secluded, and plenty of space for kids to run around the yard. We loved crabbing off the deep water dock and got our first taste of S.C. blue crab. We recommend this property 10/10 and will be back on our next trip to Beaufort!

Amazing property

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We loved the seclusion and the amazing property. We kayaked with dolphins almost every evening, we saw lot of fun nature around the house, and enjoyed the fighter jets. We ended each evening with beautiful sunsets over the water. Truly a 10/10 stay!

Summer vacation

Our group had a wonderful week staying at the River House. We enjoyed the spectacular views from the kitchen/den/porch. Lots of time was spent on the dock. Even when it was 90°+, the dock was so pleasant. Our group enjoyed watching the daily air shows and the Sound of Freedom 🇺🇸

Paradise indeed!!

We had a wonderful visit to Beaufort which was made more special by staying here. 4 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, Large living space and deck upstairs with another deck downstairs, a hammock to just rock yourself to sleep and kayaks to enjoy the estuary and wildlife. Well equipped kitchen and modern furnishings. The views from the house and deck were simply stunning. There were 2 kayaks to explore the shoreline. Ideal for our family gathering. The host was quick to respond at all times. Ample on-site parking. The property was opposite an air base so we had some stunning aerial displays as they trained! Property is approx 20 minutes from Beautiful Beaufort! Highly recommend.

Best Low Country Stay!!

We’ve visited our son numerous times but this home and property was amazing! The home was great and the property provided awesome views and easy access right to the water! We will definitely be looking to return soon!

Great place!

Great place to stay, great views. Dock is convenient for your boat. Driveway is a bit overgrown and hard to get a trailer through, keep that in mind if booking. I would go back!

Graduation Retreat

Our stay was wonderful! It was the perfect retreat after attending graduation at the Marine base. The views were spectacular and the atmosphere was very serene. We enjoyed it so much that we will probably stay again soon when we need a relaxing getaway.

Stunning home in great location!! The view was incredible. Far enough away to feel like you’re in your own little world but close enough to every amenity. Clean and well decorated, plenty of space for a large family or multiple families. While the planes were loud at times, it didn’t disturb our sleep and wouldn’t stop us from booking this home in the future. The hosts were super quick to respond. If we ever find ourselves in Beaufort again, we’d absolutely be staying here. 10/10 would recommend.

Unbelievable views

The location of this house gives THE most incredible views of the river and marsh on 3 sides of the house. It is located in a small, safe neighborhood with no traffic. This rental is nicely decorated and our group enjoyed sitting on the dock and back porch watching the jets take off and land right across the river from the house.

Wish I could live here

This was our second trip in less than a year because we love it so much! Growing up here, being surrounded by water/marsh, terrific crabbing, and just sitting on the back porch in rockers when we visit, makes us come back more often now. No better place to stay!!
