Step outside and enjoy the trees on the fully furnished porch complete with rattan seating, ceiling fan, flowering plants, and ivy lad trellis. This unit sleeps two-four, with a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Inside the unit you will find a chandelier lit dining table for four. The kitchenette includes granite counter-tops, ceramic cook-top, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include 150 channel satellite TV. This property is non-smoking and doesn't allow pets.
This studio is located approximately one mile away from the main amenities. This property does not have a water view. There are no laundry facilities. Rented golf carts cannot be taken to this unit.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit and there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
