The villa is located in the south of Istria, a Mediterranean peninsula, and offers a luxurious experience of accommodation with a very high level of privacy, ideal for families and groups. It is very well connected with all major attractions in Istria. With more than 300 m2, divided into two floors, with external staircase and with 4 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 12 guests. A private pool, an outdoor grill and a children's playground are only a part of the comfort of Villa Nikolina. The area around the swimming pool is equipped with umbrellas and 8 sun loungers. For complete privacy and security, the garden is surrounded by a hedge and a fence. The garden also has a barbecue area with a large dining table. The house offers parking for 4-5 cars. The restaurant near the house (600 m) is one of the most popular in the region. This beautiful luxury villa in Sisan will delight anyone who wants a quiet location near the city, easy access to the beach, beautiful scenery, fun and good food and the proximity of all major attractions of Istria. Also in the vicinity of the house (300 m), is one of the best Winkeller in Croatia, here you can taste the wine from the southernmost region in Istria. The winery and wine tasting are open for groups up to 30 people. Pool heating will be charged 30 EUR / day and paid in cash on arrival

A riding school, bike rental, surf station and other services are also located in the immediate vicinity of the villa. On the beach (2 km from the villa) you can relax in one of the typical beach bars, just a few meters from the crystal clear sea.

The weekly rental price is all inclusive and includes:
7 nights, basic cleaning, laundry (sheets, towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, water, electricity, tourist tax, internet access, air conditioning, private parking.
A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon check-in, which will be refunded on departure if there is no damage to the property.
Registration fee 5 eur per person.

Warnung!

Wir hatten massiven Wassereinbruch in 4 Räumen durch die Decke, nachts leerten wir immer wieder die Töpfe und wischten mit Handtüchern die Böden. Der Vermieter wurde informiert, kam aber erst nach 3 Tagen zur Schlüsselübergabe ohne versprochene Entschädigung.

Schönes Objekt aber..

Das Objekt ist in Ordnung und größten teils wie beschrieben. Im Außenbereich sind leider viele Holzlatten (Boden) kaputt und dadurch teilweise gefährlich für die Kinder. Der Fitnessbereich/Spielebereich im Keller reicht leider sehr faul und war dadurch nicht benutzbar. Das sind die einzigen beiden Punkte die ich zu bemängeln habe. Die Villa sowie der Außenbereich ist sehr sauber. Der innenbereich ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug für 6 erwachsen und 6 Kinder. Klimaanlagen gibt es leider nur in den Wohnräumen und nicht im Schlafzimmer. Der Preis finde ich ist ein Stück zu hoch angesetzt. Bei ca. 6200€ für 11 Nächte erwarte ich das alles top ist und alles funktioniert. Großer Pluspunkt. Der Eigentümer war immer erreichbar und innerhalb von 30 min an der Villa um das Problem zu lösen. (Bei uns ist einmal die Klimaanlage ausgefallen, da die Stempelkarte/ Zeitkarte abgelaufen war).

Aufenthalt war sehr schön

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung sehr modern und schön. Vielleicht nicht ganz wie auf den Bildern, aber war trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Pula und Medulin war auch gut zu erreichen mit dem Auto und die Strände in der Nähe waren super. Die Lage hat somit auch gepasst

Great 2 weeks.

We've spent almost 2 weeks in this location with 2 families (4 adults and 8 kids and 3 dogs). Everything was great and almost as described. For 12 people it would be sometimes helpful to have some additional glasses (and especially the same wine glasses :D). But this wasn't critical at all. An second washing machine would be helpful, but nethertheless is this no reason to reduce any rating. We have ordered the heating for the pool (beginning of April) and it was an excellent decision. The kids enjoyed the pool, the depth is 1,4 m, so we had to take care about the smaller kids. I would already recommend this location!

es hat uns sehr gut gefallen - leider war der Strand 4,0 km weit weg ( mit Auto/Rad kein Problem mit schöner Strandbar ) Pizzeria im Ort sehr lecker Vermieter war bei TV Problem sehr schnell da und hat das Problem auch schnell behoben

Great holiday in croatia

We had a great time staying in Sisan in this property, really easy to get to from the airport and the village has some great hidden gems to eat and drink at. Our host was super flexible and really easy to contact for all of our needs in terms of arrivals, departures, hints and tips for the local area and getting the Wi-Fi sorted super fast after a service issue. We used the villa for relaxation and as a base for exploring the wider area, with amazing coastline fantastic places to eat a drink. Thanks for helping us have a great holiday.

Super!!!

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Vorab haben wir vereinzelt negative Rezensionen gelesen. Keinen der Punkte können wir bestätigen. Der Vermieter war freundlich, zuvorkommend und verbindlich. Während wir uns Abends für die Sonne in der Grilleecke eine Decke als Sonnenschutz angebracht haben, hat er dies bei der Pool Wartung gesehen und uns am nächsten Tag einen schicken Sonnenschutz montiert. Die leere Gasflasche war nach nicht einmal 10min ausgetauscht. Jegliche Frage wurde in kürzester Zeit beantwortet und jeglichen Problem Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Amazing trip with friends.

Renting this property was the best thing all of my friends and I have done in years. We often go away together as a group, but this was the first time we booked our own private villa. Having our own space really made us independent and the area is so much fun. The host was very accommodating and gave us lots of tips and advice about staying in the area. Overall, 5/5 rating from us.

Super Ferienhaus für ruhigen Urlaub

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet - im ersten Stock großzügige offene Küche mit Essbereich, angrenzend an das Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse. Drei Schlafzimmer für sechs Personen (zwei davon sind mit Doppelbetten ausgestattet, ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten). Zwei große, schöne Bäder mit begehbarer Dusche. Im 1. Stock befindet sich eine Einlieger-Wohnung mit separatem Eingang. Ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Küche sind für zwei weitere Erwachsene geeignet. Außerdem gibt es vier Zusatzbetten, die in jedem Schlafzimmer aufgestellt werden können. Dies ist meiner Meinung nach wichtig zu erwähnen, da man sich eine "Villa für bis zu 12 Personen" auch anders vorstellen kann. Beide Etagen sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt genügend Bettwäsche, saubere weiße Handtücher. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist auf beiden Etagen vorhanden. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Draußen gibt es einen Gasgrill. Der Pool bzw. die gesamte Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Für uns war es genau das, was wir wollten! Allerdings muss man erwähnen, dass man so ziemlich "mitten im Nirgendwo" ist :) Ohne Auto ist es schwierig, irgendwohin zu kommen. Da wir eines hatten, war das kein Problem. Sehr ruhige Gegend, bis auf die Nachbarhunde, die wahrscheinlich Angst vor der Dunkelheit haben - sie bellen die ganze Nacht.... Da man nichts dagegen tun kann, geben wir gerne 5 Sterne und bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt. Viele Grüße aus München!

Toller Urlaub in Kroatien

Schönes großes Haus mit viel Platz, toller Aussenbereich mit beheiztem Pool, offene Küche ist klasse, BillardTisch. Obwohl es Mitte April noch ziemlich kalt war konnten wir den Pool nutzen, da er beheizt war, das Meer war zum baden noch etwas kühl. Mega Strände in der Umgebung, prima Städte Medulin, Pula und Rovinj ganz in der Nähe. Haus war sehr sauber, alles hat prima funktioniert, für unsre 2 Hunde war reichlich Platz, tolle Natur überall, vielen Dank auch an den Gastgeber der uns coole Tipps für Strände, Städte und Restaurants gegeben hat, Wir kommen sicher wieder, dann im Sommer, wenn man auch noch ins Meer hüpfen kann. Danke für alle - Familie Krause

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. der Agentur war problemlos, bei Anliegen oder Problemen wurde recht schnell geholfen. Haus und Pool waren sauber. Kleinere defekte wie Spülmaschine und Terassentür. Rundum aber ein super Preis-Leistungsverhätniss, gerne wieder.

Viele kaputte Einrichtungen!!

Das Objekt an sich war ganz schön, aber die Hälfte der Steckdosen funktionierten nicht, KEINE der 3 Regenduschen funktionierte, 2 der 3 Halterungen der zweiten Duschköpfe war abgebrochen, ein Teil der Außenbeleuchtung funktionierte gar nicht, die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur mit einer Zeitkarte und die ist zu früh abgelaufen, der Pool war dreckig, eine Badezimmertür konnte gar nicht abgesperrt werden, 1 Sonnenschirm war gebrochen, das Trampolin war defekt, usw.. Für dieses Geld wurde ich dieses Objekt nicht mehr buchen!!

Super Urlaub

Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang! Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern eine Woche Urlaub in der Villa gemacht. Lage und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ein Highlight war der beheizte Pool und der Billardtisch im Keller. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schönes Haus jedoch mit Mängeln

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat auf den ersten Blick super gewirkt, jedoch machten sich nach kurzer Zeit immer mehr Mängel bemerkbar. Z.b. hat die Spühlmaschine so gut wie nicht funktioniert, die eine Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht abschließen und die Schiebetür zur Terasse war eine Katastrophe. Auch sonst gab es einige kleine Mängel, welche nicht dramatisch, jedoch nervig und unschön waren. Schade war auch, dass mit einem beheiztem Pool geworben wurde, dieser hatte jedoch ca. 19 Grad. An sich ein schönes Haus, jedoch sollte es bei so einem Preis ein wenig besser in Schuss gehalten werden, auch im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienhäusern in Kroatien, in denen wir schon unseren Urlaub verbrachten.

Great villa very nice and comfortable

We had 2 fantastic weeks at the villa...thanks to the owner...he was very friendly and help us to find amazing locations...the villa is better in reality than pictures...very comfortable and different from other classic properties...the pool is fantastic ...a very nice vacation and a nice experience :-) ...I recommend it to everyone. NOTE: pictures of the pool are old...during our vacation there was also a fantastic relax zone around th pool to relax and hear birds sing ...oh yes very very quiet zone but les than 5 min. by car you can have a great nightlife with restaurants, night bars, discoteques, family park,...
