Country House Glicine is a welcoming country house 50km from Rome. Glicine house is located on a gentle slope on the shores of Lake Vico, 600m above sea level. Surrounded by oak and chestnut woods, it is therefore ready to offer you the most absolute peace and privacy despite being just a few kilometers from the city of Viterbo, famous for the Terme dei Papi as well as the cities of art in Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany. A well-kept park around the villa is made up of large lawn areas enlivened by flower bushes.
Once you have crossed the entrance portal, you will find yourself immersed in a large splendid terrace - patio, framed by bushes of fragrant plants and flowers with changing colors that make the environment magical and evocative.
Location is completed by a wellness area created on the terrace adjacent to the Glicine house complete with a sparkling Jacuzzi hydromassage tub, outdoor shower and comfortable deckchairs. Please note: the use of the jacuzzi hot tub is optional, to be agreed with the owner on site. The rental price does not include the use of the Jacuzzi hot tub.
The house, the entrance with large French window, the terrace and patio, develop on the ground floor and open directly onto the living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen to form a single open-space environment.
Also on this floor we find two double bedrooms, hallway, a bathroom with shower cabin. The sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning.
A lovely gazebo on the terrace provides shade to a table for pleasant al fresco lunches or dinners.
The surrounding park boasts a scenic swimming pool, to be shared.
