New house 60 meters from ker-Chalon beach, KER-LILI, Ile D'Yeu location

Anne, the owner, arranges luggage transport with her partners. Ker-Lili (Ker = at Liza's) is a recently built villa, tastefully decorated and offering every comfort. You'll appreciate the landscaped garden with its garden furniture, plancha grill on the terrace, sun loungers... Everything is here for a dream vacation, just 60 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches, Ker Chalon Island, and 800 meters from the port and amenities along the beach.
KER LILI and KER ANNE, the two houses are side by side, open all year round and can be rented together.
You will appreciate the very comfortable rooms with quality bedding, the superbly equipped kitchen, the large comfortable living room/lounge ideal for gathering family and friends.

Upon your arrival, a cleaning deposit check of €160 will be required.

If the cleaning is done correctly, namely:
- Sorting the rubbish (you are on an island, respect it, it is fragile)
-remove the sheets and towels, make 2 piles at the foot of the stairs.
-empty the dishwasher
- Clean the bathrooms, the kitchen and vacuum.
So if you have followed the instructions, the check will be returned to you upon your departure.
