Right on the water, Villa La Playa is a semi-detached home in the Nauticlub Residence, featuring a shared pool and wooded park. It is located right on the beach and a 2-minute walk from the center of L’Hermitage.
It’s centrally located near activities and attractions such as restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, retail stores, a supermarket, a farmers’ market, water sports (stand-up paddleboarding, aqua-biking…), horseback riding, and many other activities.
Designed to accommodate 6 people, expandable to 8 with a pull-out sofa on the mezzanine, the villa features two small courtyards: one at the front with a large garden table, a barbecue, and a magnificent frangipani tree, and the other at the back with two lounge chairs and access to the residence’s pool and the beach.
It also features a terrace with a small sitting area and a dining table, as well as a living room furnished with a spacious armchair, a TV (with access to multiple channels, Netflix, YouTube…), and books available in a dresser.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a 4-burner stovetop, two ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, a rice cooker, and other appliances and kitchen utensils.
Also provided: an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, a clothesline, a vacuum cleaner, beach chairs, and other small items to make your stay more comfortable.


*For all rentals, a security deposit of €1,500.00 (by check or credit card authorization) will be required upon your arrival and will be refunded one week after your departure, once it has been verified that no damage has been caused to the accommodation.
