Hi, thanks for your review and glad you enjoyed your stay. We have a simple, standard office check in process, as that's also the only way to pick up your parking permit(s). We did send your check in info at 3pm too, so we got it to you for early check in. Our offices are also on the way to every condo, so it's conveniently on the way. Thanks again.

We did call housekeeping back to re-mop the floors, and we thought they would finish before your check-in time, but unfortunately, they didn’t. We appreciate your understanding, and we’ll work on ensuring that doesn’t happen in the future. Regarding the fridge issue, we wanted to clarify that there had been a previous leak, and we were proactively checking with all recent guests to ensure there were no further issues. We realize the follow-up call might have seemed out of the ordinary, and we’re sorry for any confusion. After inspection, we found it was just an old ceiling stain, and there was no new leak.
