Beautiful Family-Owned, One-Story Home in Seville Estates!

We are NOT a rental management company, just a family that enjoys traveling, and sharing our second home with other travelers for their extended-stay! Built in 2010, this home is in pristine condition and fully furnished for your comfort. South Gilbert is an upper-end community with plenty of great restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment options. Hiking in the beautiful San Tan Mountain Regional Park is only minutes away. Hop on the 202 and drive to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, or one of the many arts and entertainment districts in the Valley. Head south on the I-10 to Tucson, or north on I-17 to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Or…perhaps just stay put, have a cocktail, and relax with a good book or movie for the evening!
This one-story home is simple and deceptively spacious, with an open floor plan. The kitchen features an island with bar-top, and is next to a dining area with no walls or obstructions. The living room is also open and connected, which offers the ideal atmosphere for casual dining and entertainment.
All bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, with the master bedroom separated from bedrooms #2 and #3. There is a separate laundry/utility room. A two-car garage allows for all cars to be parked securely at night, with an entry way from the garage to the house.
The back patio offers another option for casual dining and conversation. A gas grill, table and chairs are in the back yard for grilling and entertaining.
Wi-Fi is provided, as well as a 55" TV in the main living area. There is also a 42" TV in the master bedroom. Both TV's are Smart TV’s. Great cell phone reception.

Cleanest house ever!

Loved our stay here! Everything was spotless, even the insides of the fridge, cabinets, pantry, closets, etc.! Comfortable bed and furniture, and very accommodating owners! Highly recommend this one. Easily the nicest vrbo we've had.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood with a park right down the street. The home was very clean and spacious. Greg and Paula were amazing hosts! They were very communicative and were quick to respond when we had any questions. This is a great family stay, we have a 5 year old and an infant. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Home Sweet Home

We've been staying at Greg's house since June when we were relocated to Phoenix with my husband's job. The move from our hometown in Colorado has been very emotional, and this temporary home in Gilbert has been the perfect landing place while we make this transition and look for a home of our own. It's very comfortable. Greg's place is clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and the perfect size for the two of us and more. We recently had a weekend guest and it was great. He had his own private room and bath on the opposite end of the house. The neighborhood is lovely. Five houses down and across the street is a huge park with two large grass areas, a playground, three basketball courts, and plenty of sidewalks for morning and evening walks. The neighbors are super friendly, and if you are too, you will likely make some friends while walking in the park. Within walking distance you will find Fry's grocery, a nail salon, hair salon, sandwich shops, Mexican food, Walgreens, and more. We would definitely buy a home in this neighborhood if it were closer to my husband's office. Greg and his wife are fantastic hosts. We haven't had any issues since we've been here, but they are quick to respond to any questions or thoughts we have for them. Plus, they will check in with us periodically to make sure all is well and we have everything we need. This is a FIVE star VRBO. Grab it if you can!

Clean and comfortable

The house was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed which was new this year. Greg and Paula were super hosts and very responsive to all our needs. There is a park one half block from the house with walking paths which we used quite often. We would dedinitely recommend this home for your stay. Curt and Marti

Home Away From Home

We rented this property while we were looking for a home of our own to purchase. It was our home away from home! Everything you could ever need and more was provided. The owners were great and made us feel welcome and were flexible when we needed to stay longer. The neighborhood is excellent, there is a park down the street for when our granddaughter visited with us, they didn't have a problem with us holding family bbq's and when we move into our new home we will feel like we are leaving our home. This is a great place for a short or long term stay, but it worked out perfectly for us as we searched for a new home. Excellent rating!! Strongly suggest this home for anyone's next stay.

Highly recommend this rental

The house has a really good layout. High ceilings and open space in the common areas. Split floor plan with spacious main bedroom and bathroom at the back of the house. The two guest bedrooms and bath are located at the front of the house. The house is in very good condition and is meticulously maintained. I appreciated the location of the house. It's a walkable neighborhood including a short walk to a grocery store and nearby restaurants and retail stores. The owners were attentive and responsive without being intrusive. Could not have asked for a better rental experience for my 2 months in Arizona and would absolutely rent again.

5 STAR EXPERIENCE!

Stayed at this wonderful home for seven months and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Far exceeded my expectations. Accommodations are above and beyond, and everything I could possibly need was provided. Communication with owners was fabulous and they totally respected my privacy during my stay. Great location and close proximity to grocery stores, retail, and restaurants. 5 star experience and I would stay here again in a heartbeat... highly recommended! :)

Greg & Paula B are residents of Gilbert, Arizona, and have three adult kids that live in Nevada, Indiana and Oklahoma. Paula was born and raised in Arizona, and after our time in the US Air Force we came back to settle down. This is the third property we've hosted on VRBO; the others were in Flagstaff and North Phoenix. We enjoy meeting people from all over the country, and the world, who are looking for a nice vacation with no drama. When we travel we often stay at VRBO homes, and we likewise have enjoyed staying someplace new and having all the comforts of home.

We recently purchased this property because we love Arizona, and Gilbert in particular. Our primary home is in north Gilbert, and this home in south Gilbert has so much to offer, but in a slightly newer and growing community. It's exciting to see how this area will develop; it's off to a great start.

We decided to focus on guests who are looking for an extended stay; either for business travel or for vacations. We believe our home offers that perfect blend of creature comforts with proximity to plenty of activities in the local area.
