Open concept great room w/ kitchen, dining & family room is the perfect place to create new memories together! The backyard has a private pool, reclining sun chairs, & a huge patio set w/fire table that is sure to be the favorite spot for everyone during your stay! Lots of extras added throughout the house so guests can sit back and relax!

The house is newly remodeled in 2021 with our guests in mind. Updated look, open concept family-style living in the heart of the desert! Lots of extras for our guests enjoyment! Coffee bar, tea & hot cocoa too, room darkening shades, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with pantry basics, full-length mirrors, luggage racks, fluffy towels, cosmetic mirror, child-proof locks and baby necessities, and so much more!

Head out back to the backyard private oasis! Enjoy splashing in the pool when the heat sizzles in the valley, or just sit on the edge and let your feet soak in the water. Lounge chairs overlook the pool where you can catch some much-needed rays. Lots of beach towels provided for guests! Feel like a game? We’ve got Cornhole, Ladderball, Mashball, and Ring Toss!
Enjoy a quiet morning on the patio, grill your favorite dinner on the large BBQ, and watch the sun set under the canopy in the new outdoor living area complete with fire table! Gather around the fire, tell stories, create smiles, and make memories that last a lifetime.

The living room is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy a movie on the large smart TV, or gather around the ottoman for a family game night. There is a selection of board games for our guests, we hope you enjoy them as much as our families do! There are two giant beanbag chairs with plush covers for the kids (and kids at heart!) when you want extra seating in the family room.

Enjoy dinners around the beautiful dining table large enough to seat 8-10 comfortably. Pull up the bench to accommodate larger groups at the table. For families with infants / toddlers, we provide a highchair and plastic dinnerware for babies and younger kids.

Conveniently located next to the dining table is the fully stocked and upgraded kitchen. All items provided in the kitchen are brand new as of 11/2021. Plenty of plates and dishes to cover large families / groups, a full array of pots & pan and cooking dishes with all the extras you need in a kitchen to make preparing meals a breeze! Lots of space available in the pantry to bring in your groceries and make yourself at home!

Enjoy a blissful night’s rest with new high-end mattresses with luxury sheets and bedding in each room. The master bedroom and both queen bedrooms have nightstands with touch-sensitive lamps with USB charging ports and a digital clock by the bedside.

The spacious master bedroom is the perfect retreat after a long day. Bay windows overlook the pool in the backyard; sit in the cozy chairs and enjoy a cup of herbal tea to unwind before bedtime or grab a book to relax over the weekend. Huge walk-in closet inside the master suite is available for guests to use. En Suite bathroom has a huge bathtub, separate shower and ungraded vanity area. Provided for our guests: lighted cosmetic mirror, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cotton balls, Q-Tips, make-up wipes, tissues, toilet paper, hair dryer, curling iron, and lots of fluffy towels.

There are two bedrooms that each have a comfy (new!) queen bed and access to a full closet with sliding doors. One of these bedrooms has darkening curtains, and the other has bay windows that looks over the front patio / front yard with street view.

The bunk room is all about family comfort and fun, fun, fun! The bunk bed is a full-on-full bunk bed, and has a twin size pull-out trundle bed as well. The top bunk has a railing to keep little ones safe, and the whole bed is pushed into a corner for extra security. Check in the closet for a small selection of toys and books for the kids, and bins for them use for their own treasures! Have little ones that like to be rocked? Use the comfy glider chair in the bunk room to help ease your little ones to sleep, or to read stories to your children. A Pack 'n Play is also available for guests with infants.

The second bathroom is in the hallway right by the front Queen room and the bunk room. Full-sized tub and shower combo to accommodate guests of all ages. Upgraded vanity and freshly painted! Provided for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cotton balls, Q-Tips, make-up wipes, tissues, toilet paper, hair dryer, curling iron, and lots of fluffy towels. And just in case a young child needs it, we’ve got you covered with a toddler potty seat!

Need to do laundry during your stay? Guests are welcome to use the full-sized washer and dryer located right inside the garage. Tide Pods and dryer sheets are provided for you.

Guests are also welcome (and encouraged!) to use the 2-car garage during their stay. Keypad access code will be provided in check-in instructions. There is also enough parking space in the driveway for 3 cars. Please note: there is no street parking overnight at this property.

For our guests driving Teslas, we just installed a Tesla charger in the garage for your use! The charge has the extra-long cord so it will reach all the way across the garage.

Guests have full access to the neighborhood Community Center as well! Go have fun in the pool, enjoy a full workout in the Fitness Center or have fun in the game room with billiards, Air Hockey and Shuffleboard.

Just a heads up for potential guests that there is a train track nearby and you will see & hear trains go by during the day. We hope you enjoy seeing the trains! But know that the train noise is quite minimal when inside the house.

The Fine Print:
Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.

*Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge, with a 3-day minimum of consecutive days for the pool heating. Rates: $100 per day in January & February. $75 per day for all other months. This fee just covers the extra utilities needed to heat the large body of water. Heating the pool water is generally needed between October and April to provide comfortable swimming temperatures. Pool heat needs to be requested at least 3-days prior to arrival and is then heated between 82-88 degrees.
