Relax in this beautiful four-bedroom, three-bath, heated spa/pool Vegas home.

The master bedroom suite has a King Bed, and on suitebathroom, Bedroom two, and Bedroom three are furnished with cozy queen beds, while Bedroom four offers a comfortable full bed. Each room is equipped with a smart TV for entertainment. The house boasts three bathrooms and two bonus daybeds in the game room. It also features three 70” smart televisions and three 55” smart TVs.

Our property is equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras for security. Two cameras overlook the parking lot and are equipped with automatic flood lights. There is a ring doorbell camera and one camera in the backyard over looking the pool, it does not record in home mode, it is there to ensure the guests are not throwing parties
at the property.


For relaxation, the backyard is set up in a tranquil, resort-style manner. The neighborhood is conveniently located near all essential amenities. Guests can enjoy a private heated pool and jacuzzi, during pool season with resort-style daybeds. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. A helpful tip: consider using Uber for transportation instead of renting a car to avoid casino parking fees. Opting for a vacation rental over a resort hotel can help you save on parking fees and daily resort fees.

Great place to stay

Host was incredibly responsive, and so helpful. The pool was a perfect way to spend a Saturday, and it was a quick ride to the strip. Great place to stay!

My family came in to say their final good byes to Mom and the property was just right for them. There was enough room for everyone to enjoy theirselves. The pool was the highlight for the kids. The house was nice and clean and everyone was comfortable. We would rent this property again in a heart beat!

Fantastic host communication and convenient location

The house is conveniently located to the Las Vegas strip and the host was cooperative, responsive and very friendly. I would recommend thos property.

Definitely, had a comfortable stay.

The place fit us well with the 4 bedrooms. Beds were comfortable as well. Needs some lights and trash cans.

Please understand that we do our absolute best to accommodate our guest, please also remember that people are very destructive to property that doesn't belong to them. especially here in Vegas. countless times we have had to repair or replace items people either break or steal. we have witnessed people taking the trash cans with them, especially when they have driven here. sorry for the inconvenience. however, everything in the house has been remodeled and nothing inside is 3 years old. we are happy you enjoyed your stay, please come again.

Hidden Gem a few miles from strip

Perfect home for anyone not on the strip. A few miles from strip and walking distance to shopping. Great home.

This guy was difficult, he asked for a crockpot rental, who does that? I allowed him to check in early for free and he didn’t appreciate it. He left our home with the keys and sent them back with a stranger in a cab. We were not in town so they put our Keys in the mailbox, I had to contact a neighbor’s ,luckily I had his phone number. He retrieved the keys and I had to give him the private code to our lockbox to put the keys back in the box. I feel like I may need to change my locks because I have no idea who he gave my keys to. He said he sent them with a cab. Lastly the maid reported one of our pineapple lamps is missing, she looked in the trash to see if it was evidence of it being broken but there was none. It’s gone. Beware he’s ill responsible and very critical to what he would like you to supply as a host.

Wonderful place!

The property was beautiful and clean. Lots of room and comfortable beds. The kitchen was beautiful.and up to date. We were so close to the strip . We enjoyed the jacuzzi and had a nice bbq in the yard. Our host was friendly and there for our every need. We will definitely staying again.

Sibling weekend

The property looked like the photos on the app. It was more than enough space for my self and my sibling and his family. We enjoyed playing pool, swimming, grilling and enjoying each others company.

Vegas baby!

My stay at this home was great! The host was extremely responsive at all times and even was flexible with my check out time. Nice quiet neighborhood, and close to all the major attractions. I would definitely stay here and/or recommend this home.

NFR weekend in Vegas

House was easy to access for where we wanted to be during our stay. Host was quick to respond if we had any concerns. Heated the pool for the kids even though we were off season and let us extend checkout due to delayed flights on our last day. Very accommodating.

Good location for las vegas retreat

Was in town for basketball tournament. Plenty room for all that came with me. Would definitely rent this place again. For the price it was a good deal.

Great spot for vacation and wedding destination

Me and my fiance had our family all mewt and stay here for a week. Everything was great and the 1 issue we had with the hot tub that a previous renter messed up, the owner fixed it first thing in the morning before we got up! Location was also good. Far enough to not feel crowded by the strip but close enough to take a quick uber. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Trey thank you for being understanding about the hot tub. it is hard to know what people have done to the property prior to your visit. people often tinker with the pool equipment. it was a quick fix they turned off the heater. I apologize for the incontinence. please come again.

This lady through a party, had 30 people in our home, v Canceled her credits card, set off fireworks until 3 am and smoked weed all over the house. Shes an awful person that plays the system, and VRBO supported her by not paying me when I have video of all the rules she broke.

Great place to unwind

We were there for a soccer tournament with our kids. Our boys love their own space and we had plenty of it. Our daughter had her own room and the boys spent most of the time in the game room. It was perfect for our family. The host was very responsive and nice. We are in Vegas a few timea a year and will rebook here. We were less than 15 minutes from the soccer complex and the strip which was perfect.

Dora and her family were a fantastic group. They visited for a soccer tournament and allowed us to create a relaxing atmosphere between games. Dora was respectful, responsive, and overall delightful. These are the kinds of reservations we truly enjoy. Families on vacation for tournaments are the best! We hope to have more people visiting for tournaments and conventions. Things always work out great.

Great stay off the strip

Distance from strip: This is the place if you're opting out of a resort/hotel. You're close enough to the the strip to visit but you'll enjoy sharing time here. You're also close to groceries and restaurants. Host: Communication with the host was perfect. They were very attentive to our needs and responded quickly.House: This place is perfect stay for anyone who is looking to spend quality time with their friends or family. We found ourselves spending more time here relaxing in the jacuzzi and enjoying the amenities. Definitely coming back here next time we're in Vegas.
