The apartment is spread over 126 sqm and has capacity for 4 people. The interior speaks luxury and elegance, with soothing vibes prevailing throughout the apartment!
The living room has two brown two-seats sofas, with beautiful light cushions, a coffee table, a TV unit with a TV on top, and beautiful wall art and decorations.
The room offers panoramic views over the city, thanks to the extensive floor-to-ceiling glass doors. It also grants access to a private terrace, furnished with a table and 4 chairs for your to enjoy the beautiful views of Dubai from above.
Next to the living room is an elegant dining room, with a rectangular table and 4 chairs.

The kitchen at the apartment is all inclusive, as it has all the equipment you might need during your stay, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, stove, hot water kettle, and more. The kitchen also has a serving hatch to the living/dining room.
Inside are the two bedrooms; one having a king-size bed, and the other a queen-size bed dressed with black and white fresh linens. Both bedrooms include night tables, chest of drawers, and are naturally well-lit.
The apartment has a total of two bathrooms. The first one includes a bathtub, two wash basins, and a toilet, and the second bathroom has a shower cabin, one wash basin and a toilet. Both bathrooms amenities such as cleaning products, soap, hot water, towels, toilet paper, and more.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, smoke detectors, and fire extinguisher. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Also known as the E2 Tower, it stands 400 feet tall. Residents can witness the spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa. The tower is just a few minutes away from renowned destinations in Downtown such as the Burj Park, The Palace Downtown Dubai, The Address Downtown and The Armani Hotel. It is situated along the Sheikh Zayed Road across the Al Wasl in the northeast. It is bounded by Financial Centre Road on the northeast and Business Bay to the south.
