Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments are as follows:
• 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
• 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
• VRBO/HomeAway Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRIP INSURANCE IN CASE YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE CABIN DUE TO WEATHER OR ANY OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. THE ROAD TO THE CABIN IS PAVED, BUT THE LAST 1/8 MILE IS STEEP AND CAN BE SLICK WHEN WET OR ICY. TO GET THESE GREAT VIEWS, YOU HAVE TO GO UP. A CABIN IN THE VALLEY JUST ISN'T A MOUNTAIN CABIN!
