John 15:12 is a True log cabin. It has a very private deck with a large hot tub and log dining set for a beautiful evening. Rockers and a Gas grill on the front deck. A beautiful stackstone fireplace in livingroom. John 15:12 is 7.2 miles from DOLLYWOOD LANE. It takes 5 minutes to get to downtown Pigeon Forge from the cabin.

John 15:12 also has a second Fireplace in the bedroom that stays open all year. It has a very personal and Romantic atmosphere. Believe me the pictures don't do it justice. John 15:12 is located around the corner from Matthew 11:28 and Amazing Grace see map.

And I almost forgot. I am a Holiday nut. All of my cabins are Decorated inside and out for Christmas. Stockings hung by the fireplace, Christmas quilts on the bed, Christmas Tree lit and decorated, a snow man tucked here and there. Most of all a manger with our Lord and Savior nestled under the tree.

No the floors uneven, board missing a piece,Kitchen dirty, old, wall paper peeling behind stove, pots, skillets, pans old scratched, sheet pan warped, wall vent old, paint peeling off rusty, living room fireplace gas no heat, carpets stained, and torn edges of carpet in living room. Bathroom sink stained and odor stench in drains of kitchen and bathrooms! Disappointed, upset, and reported to owner who admits she knew cabin was not up to par! Water scalds you!

Far as a cabin size as a couple great size problems were chairs on front porch, broken back porch very dark light didn’t work. I changed the lights myself so there would be light on the back deck back deck needs to be open for more nature too crowded on back deck hot tub takes up whole space bulky furniture on back deck Regular maintenance items need to be fixed. Dimmer light switches shut off as they were on moisture problems smell coming from under the house. just regular maintenance updates definitely time for a new mattress on both the bed and the pullout couch I don’t think they even have just springs and mattresses anymore. The pullout couch is old and uncomfortable, and the recliner is old and uncomfortable as well. Could definitely be a nice little cabin if it was just updated just to touch. It was very dark inside.

I was disappointed when I arrived. The porch was old. The chairs on the porch were so old. The floor was buckled in places inside. It smelled very old and musty. We knew it was small, but didn’t realize the kitchen was so small. It was very dark inside. Not good lightening. The bed was uncomfortable. Needs lots of updating. The bathrooms still had wallpaper. The owners were helpful with helping us find the cabin. Also, the hottub was staying at a very hot temperature and the owner helped us fix that and the air was not cooling and they helped us figure that out as well. The owners did reply immediately and were very nice and friendly, their property just needs updating.

Relaxing

We loved this cabin. It was clean and comfy. The "woodsy" decorations was very fitting and made it feel "like home" to us. The hot tub and fireplace were wonderful and relaxing with having some cooler nights. Thank you Natalie !

Old and out dated cabin

The cabin itself was the size we needed but it had an odor to it like a very bad musky smell.. The bed was good but the rest of the amenities were not up to par.. The back porch really needs to be enlarged for comfort which was small and privacy from the neighbors wasn’t there. sounded like the neighbors were right on top of you while in the house. Overall the property just needs some TLC with some upgrades..

Vintage Cabin

Private, quaint, and cozy. An older cabin but met our needs and close to all the attractions. Floors could use some revamping but overall good place for a getaway.

Great Smoky Mountain Getaway

Great location! Very close to all that we wanted to visit in the area such as distilleries, hiking, and fantastic food (recommend Parton's Deli in Gatlinburg!). Lots of space in this cabin for the two of us, I could see a family easily staying here comfortably. Full kitchen, two bathrooms, and the master bed is huge! We used the hot tub several times and appreciated that it was enclosed on the screened porch. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the TV in the livingroom! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our time staying in John 15:12. The host was super nice and helpful with the snow that came in before our stay. We would love to stay again next time we vacay that way.
