Charming house in the heart of the Périgord Noir - Dordogne 3 bedrooms 5 cots

We rent our family home in the Périgord Noir, in the heart of the extraordinary sites of the Vézère and Dordogne valleys. It is located in Condat sur Vézère, 8 km from Lascaux and 30 km from Sarlat.
It is an old blond stone house typical of the Périgord, on a plot of about 3000m2. It is located in a hamlet; butcher's shop, grocery store-bread depot 2 km away, pharmacy and doctor 3 km away, supermarkets 8 km away.
Capacity: 7 people and a maximum of one baby.
It consists on the first floor of an entrance hall with adobe floor, an open fitted kitchen, with a central convivial island, a large living room (35m2) and a shower room / WC.
Upstairs, a large bedroom (24m2) with a 160x200 bed, an independent shower room, separate toilets, a 2nd bedroom (15m2) with a 160x200 bed and a 3rd bedroom (23m2) in a row with 3 beds 90x200 and its private bathroom. The three bedrooms will be air-conditioned for the summer of 2026.
On the grounds, from June to September, you will have a private swimming pool (8×4m) fully enclosed with secure closing system. In this space, a dining area and comfortable sun loungers. In front of the house, a 2nd dining area with a shade sail. And a 3rd dining area under the trees.
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, juicer, food processor/blender, Dolce Gusto coffee machine).
Ironing board and iron upstairs, two hairdryers, TV, WIFI, barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
Baby equipment: bed with mattress and high chair.
Pets not allowed. Family rentals, parties are not allowed.
Non-smoking.
Cleaning fees included.
Bed linen and towels on request: 20 euros per person. A tablecloth and two dish towels provided.
Minimum rental 1 week from Sunday to Sunday in summer. Possibility to rent the house for the Ascension weekend, i.e. 4 nights.
You will be asked for a certificate of insurance.
A deposit of €800 is provided for in the payments to be made on the site and will be returned to you 14 days after the end of your stay if no damage is found.
