Near Soulac-sur-Mer and the Atlantic beaches, this air-conditioned chalet-style house sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms) and features a private, covered, heated swimming pool (6x4m) open from mid-April to the end of September. In front of the house, there is a 100m² wooden terrace with a large shade sail, a covered area with a table, 8 chairs, garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Two adult bicycles are included in the price.

The garden is fully enclosed.
Shops are nearby (1.5km). The house includes 3 bedrooms for 6 people, a living room, a pantry, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped (new) kitchen, and a separate toilet. Free internet access is available. Enjoy watersports and horseback riding on the beach or in the forest. The Euronat thalassotherapy center is 1.5km away.

The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, built-in oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, microwave, and dishwasher.

Upstairs, the air-conditioned bedrooms are small (7 m²) but each has a 140 cm double bed and storage. Downstairs, there is a large master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with sink, and storage.
The pool area is surrounded by a magnificent exotic garden. Thanks to the telescopic cover, night swimming is a delight, as you feel like you're in a bubble!

The house is located in the town of Grayan, 9 km from Soulac-sur-Mer (10 minutes by car) and 7 km from Montalivet. Our supervised beach is 3 km away, and you'll find sports activities for your children on site. Heading back towards Le Verdon-sur-Mer, you'll find a tourist port with restaurants and water sports activities (jet skiing, sailing lessons, etc.).

Located in the heart of the Médoc region, it's just a stone's throw from the Route des Châteaux (Wine Route) with its world-renowned vineyards!
Just 10 km further north, you can take the ferry to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you'll find the Arcachon Basin with the Dune du Pilat and its oyster beds, where tastings are available with a view of Île aux Oiseaux (Bird Island)!
