Lamoka Cove is situated on the scenic east side of Lamoka Lake nestled between Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes Region. This is a cozy year-round 3-bedroom, 2 full bath getaway w/deck as well as yard space, outdoor furniture, fire pit, dock, 4 kayaks w/paddles, and one canoe with paddles.

Large, level lake front lot perfect for sunbathing, yard games and cookouts. Property is situated on a quiet lane which is perfect for walking, biking and running.

Lamoka Cove is the perfect spring, summer, and fall retreat! This cottage is also great for vacationing during all seasons. Gas heat will keep you warm during your fall and winter stays. Come spend the Fall at our cottage and enjoy the colorful fall leaves while wine tasting at all the local wineries, sipping your favorite microbrew at the many area breweries, or just relaxing. Our cottage also offers great ice fishing just off our shoreline during the winter months.

INTERIOR LIVING SPACE includes fully equipped KITCHEN w/ dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, cooking & serving implements, pots & pans, toaster, blender, electric griddle, hand mixer, coffeemaker, microwave, electric oven/ range, refrigerator.

LIVING area has cable TV, internet, a couch and love seat, chair, regional tourism information.

Bedrooms: Tenant provides their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and bath towels). Bedspreads, throw blankets, and pillows provided as well as hand towels in each bathroom.

Cottage comes with ceiling fan's (Master bedroom & kitchen), gas heating for use during inclement weather or winter/ fall seasons and Central AIR CONDITIONING during those warm spring and summer months.

EXTERIOR parking leading to a grassy yard. Comes with large deck/eating area and picnic table, gas grill, outdoor furniture, fire pit, DOCK for your boat or use of kayaks, and canoe. SORRY No Boat lift. Great fishing off the dock! Close proximity to the FINGER LAKES WINE TRAILS, Watkins Glen, Watkins Glen Raceway, Amish Windmill Shops, gorge hiking, golfing and plenty of tourist attractions.
