Welcome home to Rocky Top Lodge, a beautiful 5-bedroom, 5 ½-bathroom cabin with over 5,000 square feet of space! This 16-person cabin features modern amenities, high-end finishes, the conveniences of home, and fun extras to make your mountain getaway one to remember.

The flat driveway with 6 parking spaces makes arrivals easier, along with the ramp leading to the cabin. The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, a big screen TV in the theater room (plus sofas with cup holders), a fireplace, a deck, a dining table with wooded views, a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, a hot tub, and more.

The rec room has plenty to do, from a pool table and basketball game to arcade games – with both modern and classic options. The cabin even has a flat yard, so you can toss around a ball, stretch your legs, or enjoy a picnic on the lawn. Mills Park is within walking distance of the cabin, and Rocky Top Sports World is nearby as well.

Annual family vacation

We made the best of our week inspite of receiving bad news. The game room was really fun, especially on the rainy days. I look forward to booking again soon with friends. Thanks

My stay

Only thing was the there was no tvs in the room. One tv was not even working. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work at all. Other than that I enjoyed my stay

While we would have loved to send someone out to address the TV not working, and the ceiling fan in the living room not working, we weren't made aware of your concerns until after your departure. Great property

The property and location were excellent. Just a few touches would have made the experience on par with a luxury cabin. There was no starter or complimentary size shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, which I have had at properties which were much less nice. No extras anywhere: blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent. No liquid soap for bathrooms or kitchen- only had a cheap bar soap that stuck to the sink. Sheets on one of the upper floor beds appeared stained. Little things that would’ve made it great: Garbage cans in every bathroom, box of Kleenex in bathrooms. More chairs on the porch since the cabin slept 12 ( only 4 chairs). Cookware was practically impossible to scrub clean. These things would improve the experience, but the place was really great and we enjoyed our stay.

I few things to be considered

Overall the house is comfortable, but made a list of pros and cons that we as a family noticed. I would not not recommend staying here, but I think they could do much better.Pros- Christmas tree- Layout and space very comfortable - Cut wood for fire place, a lot left which was very convenient - Great location close to multiple places such as grocery stores, liquor stores, food, downtown Gatlinburg - Secure place- Quick pick up of trash, after we called. Suggest it would be good to notify in advance to guests that you need to call for trash pickup as we had no idea until we called management since we had bins full.Cons- dryer took forever to dry clothes, both washer and dryer are very old - Toast was not working- Dishwasher racks broken- One cabinet door broken- Pots and pans in bad condition, need to be replaced. Kitchen stuff overall in bad shape- No additional blankets only quilts for bed, they should provide more or ask customers to bring, being winter was not enough. - Towels were for kids, not adult size, very uncomfortable - Only 2 trash bags, they should provide a little more to get started since we were 14 people and it’s a 16 person house. Same with cleaning supplies (e.i. Toilet paper, paper towel, etc.)- Basement room down the hall, did not get heating from a/c and it was so cold. - internet was limited- We stayed 2 weeks and would have been nice to have someone come clean in the middle of the stay.- Jacuzzi needed cleaning and no one came
