## Emplacement
Lanton is composed of 4 towns: Lanton, Cassy, Taussat-les-Bains and Blagon. The coastal path, to be walked, constitutes its maritime facade and is punctuated by three ports: the port of Fontainevieille in Taussat, the Old Port of Taussat and the port of Cassy. The commune also has beautiful beaches such as the Suzette beach in Cassy where it is pleasant to relax at high tide. At low tide, it is possible to refresh oneself at the swimming pool and to take advantage of the many Cap 33 sports activities that take place during the summer season. The Vélodyssée crosses the city. This bicycle path allows you to move around safely by bike and to join the neighboring towns: Audenge and Andernos.
