One bedroom (Queen size), 1 full bathroom, two sofa beds (full size) and covered porch with full furniture. Complimentary bed linens provided on all stays, all year round. You will enjoy the outdoor community pool and resort facilities like boat dock, tennis courts, club house, laundry rooms, kids playground, etc, etc

This home was exactly how described. The two beds made it really nice for my two children. There was also enough room for our dog crate! You can't beat this for the price. The beach is a short walk away. It is located in a cute little neighborhood. We loved walked our dog through the neighborhood. There were two pools, a fitness room, and some courts. There was a kayak included and we rented a few more from the local Ocean Rentals. We walked the kayaks right down the street in the neighborhood and launched them from right there! It was so cool to see the area from the bay side! The only thing we forgot were hand towels and washcloths so remember those and towels. The owner, Gerardo was super nice. We noticed a leak that wasn't urgent, and he was there in ten minutes. We saw him a few more times throughout the stay, and he was always making sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying our stay. I would definitely rent from him again!

Unfortunately, we didn’t experience the cleanliness and comfort expressed by others. Cons:- there were ants and spiders everywhere (even in the bed and all over the walls). Ants were crawling all over the trash can and there was visible grime buildup that was attracting them. I aprayed it with Clorox and it helped a little, but the ants were still elsewhere throughout the home. - the bathroom was old and reeked of mildew and the floor of the shower was peeling away and the mat in the shower was old and discolored- small shower anyone taller than 5’6” and/or overweight will have a hard time fitting in the shower, and you have to step up into the shower about a foot- water pressure varied- fridge was falling apart and missing the door handle- areas throughout the home was duct taped together or duct taped closed- the AC unit and ceiling fan in the bedroom were noisy- there was a significant amount of sand in the sheets on the queen bed and that was found when we went to sleep the first night- there were also roach traps throughout the home, could be preventative, but I had my doubts based on the number of ants and spiders inside the home. Pros: - location (5 min walk to the beach)- beach wagon available for use- small community pool- step stool in the home- ice machine in the homeOverall, we would not return because we were so uncomfortable for the duration of our stay. We should not have had to pay a cleaning fee due to the state of the rental.

Pros 1. Location is excellent. 3 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Walking distance to a restaurant. 2. The trailer has all convenient features - fridge, microwave, electric kettle, ice maker, toaster etc. All appliances were working.3. The AC worked great in the middle of a hot summer day. Water pressure was good enough. Hot water was available. 4. Communication from host starting from the booking inquiry to the point of checking in to the property was great. 5. Check in process was easy to understand 6. Parking our SUV was convenient 7. No big insects or cockroaches in property. No spiders either. Cons1. Bathroom was dirty. There were dark patches in the shower which I’m guessing could be mold? Needs deep cleaning. 2. There were a few mosquitoes and ants.3. The place is big enough for 2-3 people max. Definitely not for 6 people as advertised, at least according to my standards. 4. Communication from host right from the point of checking in and during the entirety of our stay was untimely. I sent him 5 messages during our stay for a few things that we needed but the only time he responded was after I informed him that we checked out following the check out rules.

Overall a wonderful stay. Property was as described in the listing. Very good amenities at the nearby pool just down the street. Check in was very easy. Owner is friendly and he provides all important information before check in day.

Little Slice of Paradise!

Sunrise on the Atlantic and Sunset on the Bay makes for this perfect retreat! Restaurants are within walking distance and it’s just a short drive to the boardwalk in Virginia Beach. The owners are beyond accommodating and prove to be in the best interest of their guests. This is truly the most relaxing space and I’ll be visiting again! Loved it!

Good location, place was fine, but not for light sleepers.

Beautiful RV park in a great location. Listing was accurate, check in was a breeze, and the host had great communication. My only complaints are that we couldn't use the beautiful patio in the evening because it was covered with mosquitoes. We got eaten alive in just 5 minutes before we had to go inside. That and sleeping in the living area is nearly impossible of you're a light sleeper. The AC is extremely loud when it kicks on and woke us up constantly. There was also a really loud party somewhere near us that kept us up all night (admittedly, this isn't something the host can control, of course).

Not For Me

Host had great communication. Good location but not directly on water. Old trailer. Very small. Desperately needs deep cleaning. Clubhouse pool not maintained well. Trailer not for tall people. Absolutely not worth the cost.

Never again!!!!!!!!

Very dirty. Had to clean our way through the unit. Piles of pots and dishes on top of the refrigerator and on the counter, items were thrown in the cabinets instead of being put away neatly. We weren’t expecting the Hilton, but when you charge twice as much as the Hilton, you could have at least cleaned the unit before renting it out.

Great Location in Sandbridge

As advertised, this rental is a trailer located near the Little Island Park in Sandbridge. A great location and we had a nice stay. Pros: Check in was easy and Gerardo was very responsive to our questions and needs and took care of any issues promptly. Both the oven and microwave were lean and like new. Also the porch was nice and the trailer being pet friendly was a plus. Cons: There were some items in the trailer that were showing some wear and tear and needed some TLC. i.e The trailer’s sliding door and the molding in the bathroom both need replacement. Not a deal breaker, but prevents a 5 rating.

Cozy RV by the beach

The RV is cute and cozy, in a great location with a super short walk to the beach. The host was communicative and helpful. The porch is super cute and the amenities of the RV park were great. Host had some beach equipment like body boards and an umbrella, which were helpful for the beach. Plenty of place to sleep for our family, but the beds aren’t the most comfortable, especially not the queen bed in the bedroom. The place was generally clean, but missing some of the attention to detail like small corners and the countertop ice machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while when we went to refill it. Also lots of cobwebs inside and out. One thing I will mention is that we were visiting from across the country and were not aware that we had to provide our own towels until the day before checking in, so we wish that was more clearly outlined in the listing. Overall it was a good stay, with some areas to improve.

Amazing!

We had a lovely time on our summer vacation. The home was neat, clean, updated and had everything we needed. Gerardo was very friendly and checked in with us to ensure our stay was perfect. This is a very short walk to the beach and a couple restaurants, as well as a short drive to so much more. Our two kids enjoyed having their own beds. It was nice that the home came with linens, pillows, bedding and some beach accessories so that we were able to pack a bit more comfortably. We look forward to staying again! Great Place to Get Away

We loved staying in the RV community in Sandbridge. Our rental was clean, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. Access to the beach, the pool and nearby eateries was awesome. Our favorite thing about the property was the expansive and comfortable porch. We really hope to return again, and maybe stay for a full week. :) Gerardo was a pleasure to deal with.
