* Replace and secure the cover after each use.
* Turn off the jets when finished.
* Help keep the area clean for future guests.
* Use at your own risk.

Parking & Gate Access

* One dedicated parking space is provided in the rear driveway.
* Oversized vehicles may not fit through the gate and may need to use nearby street parking.
* Please do not make U-turns in the driveway.
* Complimentary street parking is also available directly in front of the property.
* The gate opens automatically when exiting by vehicle.
* When exiting on foot, use the doorbell located at the front gate.
* Please do not manually force the gate open.
* Guests are responsible for any damage resulting from improper gate use.
* Assistance is available through your reservation if the gate experiences a mechanical issue during your stay.

Smoking Policy

* This is a strictly non-smoking property.
* Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco or cannabis products are prohibited inside the studio.
* Please smoke only off the property and dispose of materials properly.
* A $500 cleaning fee may be assessed if smoke is detected inside.

Noise Policy

* Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.
* Parties, events, loud music, and excessive noise are not permitted.
* Please respect the neighbors at all times.
* Violations may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Pet Policy

* Maximum of one pet per reservation.
* Pets must weigh 25 pounds or less.
* Applicable pet fees must be included with the reservation.

* Pets may not be left unattended unless properly crated.
