Sunset Colors on Vaca Cut! Private Pool, Boat Slip, Kayak, Paddleboards & Games!

Sailfish Villa, unit #6, is a brand new gorgeous, professionally decorated 5 bedroom 4 bath Villa with open water views on Vaca Cut! Enjoy sunrise and sunset colors and direct ocean and Gulf access! It has a private pool and boat slip for a boat up to 35' including motors. There is no additional charge to use the dock/boat slip and there is parking for your trailer on a first come, first serve basis.

Sailfish Villa with its modern coastal feel has 2293 square feet of living area and features a large master suite with a King bed, en suite bath, walk-in closet and private balcony. There is a Junior master on the main level also with a king size bed and en suite bath. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen size beds and the 5th bedroom has a set of bunks with a trundle underneath to sleep 3. The living room sofa has a queen pull-out couch! There are 6 TVs (the living room has cable, the others are hooked up for Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Designated high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. There is a maximum of 12, including all children, allowed by the City of Marathon.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including extras such as an air fryer, a crockpot, fondue pot, tools for BBQ grill, and dishes. We provide all bed linens, bath, and pool towels. There is a Weber gas grill. We have adult and children's board games, a high chair and a Pack n Play.

There are many fun outdoor games, beach bicycles, 1 kayak, 2 paddle boards, a ping pong table, corn hole, children's fishing rods, beach chairs and umbrella, life vests, and an outdoor shower by the pool and a hammock!

Beautiful Home

Sailfish Villa checked all the boxes for our two families with young children. We loved being able to walk to the aquarium and nearby farmers markets and events. The home felt spacious and comfortable even with eight of us, and the layout was perfect for shared dinners and game nights. Ringing in the New Year in Vaca Cut was absolutely magical.

Graduation celebration!

This is the second time we have stayed at these rentals (different villa this time). It was better than we remember. The houses are well appointed and well maintained. Having the trash moved to the street was thoughtful. Extra cleaning supplies is also a plus. When flying in and having to purchase and not being able to take it with you… it’s nice to have available for use. The digital entry is so much more convenient than a key. Meredith was great to work with. Very thorough. We had a great time. Having 3 generations in the home, it’s great having a bedroom and bath on the main floor for older folks to enjoy. Thanks again for a great stay! We already miss it!

Absolutely Perfect – Best House We've Booked in the Keys!

We stay in the Keys every summer, and the Sailfish House is by far the best rental we've ever booked. The home is absolutely beautiful, incredibly well-maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect stay. The attention to detail is unmatched — even the kitchen knives were sharpened, which seems small but speaks volumes compared to other rentals we've stayed in.Chris from maintenance was fantastic and super helpful, especially with showing us how to use the dock whips. Meredith was also amazing to work with — this is actually the second property we've rented through her, and just like the first time, she was wonderful, responsive, and made the entire process seamless.For the first time ever, we are already seriously considering booking the same home for next year. Sailfish House truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly, highly recommend!

Perfect Island Getaway

We had an amazing time at Sailfish Villa! We love to vacation a lot, and this house is by far the most well stocked rental property we’ve ever stayed in! I’m picky about things like good toilet paper, paper towels, and having pump hand soap so I always bring my own because most rental properties don’t provide what I like. I didn’t even have to unpack my stuff here! There was more than enough of everything and all great quality brands! The kitchen had everything we need to cook (which we did 5 out of 7 nights). And the pool was well stocked with floats and goggles to play with. The bathrooms had more than enough towels for our party of 8. And they provided plenty of pods for doing laundry and dishes…which I appreciated so much with 6 teenagers traveling with us. It was super easy to get wherever you wanted with your boat from the location. And Meredith was always very quick to respond to any questions. We had a mishap on the first day with the moorings (totally our fault) and she was amazing and had someone out there to handle it the same day. While there we saw pool and lawn/tree maintenance people coming to take care of the house, so it is very well maintained! We would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

Great vacation rental and location

We had a great stay at sailfish villa! We would highly recommend it.Absolutely beautiful home, very clean and everything we needed. Fishing off of the dock was fun and even caught some fish.Bikes were available and came in handy. We had a family of 10, which the house accommodated perfectly with plenty of room. Meredith was available for any questions we may have had. We would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and well-appointed with a wonderful water view.

The home was pretty and very clean. Mattresses were in good condition, and the linens were all high quality. The bedrooms are roomy and have good natural light. The home is well-equipped with most everything one would need. We took paper towels and toilet paper but never had to open the packages. The water views are great and fun to watch the birds and boats.

The perfect family getaway!

This is an amazing property! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of space for a large group. There were nine of us ranging from three months old to 64.We loved the location on Marathon Key! Key West is only an hour drive, but we spent less more time right there onMarathon. So many activities available there. Snorkeling, parasailing, deep-sea fishing, the aquarium, etc. The view from the house was amazing with so many activity options right there. The pool was wonderful. Ping-pong, corn hole, bicycles, beach, chairs… I could go on. I think we used it all. Meredith was amazing! We would love to stay there again… It was really hard to leave! This will always be one of our favorite family memories!

Great Vacation, Great Company to Book With!

100% Recommend booking this property with this company. Meredith could not have done a better job helping us find a rental property, and also she was glad to help with anything during our stay. The property itself was perfect. We had a full house and still felt like there was plenty of space. Lots of good food and boat rentals nearby! Thanks!

incredible vacation

We had an amazing time at the sailfish. The location was great. We have stayed in this area before and we love it. They had everything we needed. We brought so much extra stuff that we didn’t even use it. The set up of the home to get/store your fishing gear, bait freezer and proximity of the dock was great. The response from the property manager Meredith was quick and easy. All our questions were answered immediately. One of boat dock poles was disintegrating and we called and it was fixed right away. We are super happy with our stay that we even booked it for next year!

Family Vacation

We stayed as a family (11 people total). The home had plenty of space for all of us to not feel overcrowded. Plenty of pool/beach chairs/floats/toys/coolers provided which was a huge help with small kids! Meredith was very attentive and wonderful to work with during our stay. We're looking forward to staying with Pineapple Properties again!

Excellent!

Beautiful house with wonderful view! We had a 2,4 & 7 yr old. The gate on upper patio was very secure. That was a great feature. Very relaxing week for us. I would highly recommend this property. Merideth, property mg, was nice & very helpful.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Sailfish Villa - the house was everything and more! Our party of 10 fit easily with plenty of space to spread out, both inside and out. A dining table for 10 was so nice for Thanksgiving, playing cards & games, etc. The heated pool was essentially a hot tub - perfect for relaxing! As for amenities, they provided everything - fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels & linens, and all the extras you don't always get in a rental. We especially appreciated the abundant supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. - often rentals only give you one and you are running out to the store midweek. The downstairs closet had absolutely everything you could want - bikes, ping pong, fishing poles, beach chairs, life jackets, games, snorkeling equipment. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and watching all the activity through the Vaca Cut. We didn't get in the water there (too strong a current), but enjoyed exploring the neighborhood beaches (Curry Hammock and Sombrero were our favorites) and exploring Key Colony Beach across the street. Sailfish Villa is in a great location - close to restaurants, shopping, etc. - some within walking distance. Meredith was a pleasure to work with - always very responsive. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Excellent

The home was exactly the same as the pictures! The furniture was beautiful, the kitchen completely stocked and then some! We enjoyed all of the details! The only drawback is how warm the pool is. The morning it’s a bit cooler than the rest of the day but it’s extremely warm by the end of the day! A pool chiller would be an excellent addition! We will be back next year!

EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME!!!

YOU CAN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THE SAILFISH VILLA AND PINEAPPLE PROPERTIES. SO EASY TO DEAL WITH AND VERY ACCOMODATING. THE ENTIRE PROPERTY WAS IMMACULATE AND MEREDITH HAS THOUGHT OF EVERTHING FROM THE FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN TO THE HAIR DRYERS AND MORE THAN ENOUGH TOWELS IN THE BATHROOMS TO THE GAMES, FISHING POLES, FLOATS, BEACH CHAIRS, COOLERS, ETC FOR THE POOL, BEACH, OR JUST FISHING OFF THE DOCK. CAN'T WAIT UNTIL WE CAN COME BACK AND STAY ANOTHER 10 DAYS.

Perfect Week

We had a fabulous week in the Sailfish Villa. One of the cleanest rentals we have ever rented! Meredith was absolutely perfect to work with and very quick to respond. The property is gorgeous, spacious and the perfect home base while in the keys. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching all the wildlife. We will definitely rent the sailfish villa again!

Great House!

We had a great time at the Sailfish Villa with ten in our group (four adults and six kids). The property was just as described and provided plenty of amenities. We had a great time swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock, and looking at the plethora of marine life in Vaca Cut. The location is fantastic, as you're easily able to access both the upper and lower keys. Meredith was also very responsive and helpful during out stay. We'd definitely stay again!

Excellent property! Easy check in. Property exactly as advertised. Had four adult couples and property had plenty of room and spacious bathrooms for each couple. The pool was a perfect size. The views however, are what make this property exceptional. We spent the majority of our time when there, outside on the spacious upper floor balcony, in the pool or on the dock fishing. Marathon is a great city with multiple attractions and great restaurants, but also roughly a 1 hour and 15 min drive to Key west and a forty min drive to Isle Marado. We were there a week and went to Key West three times one in which we rented a boat for a day on a sand bar in the water. Overall great experience.

Could not ask for more!!

Superb communication before stay, Pete, property management tech, was coincidentally there at check in and was SO helpful with tips and the property itself HAD EVERYTHING! (Pool, snorkeling, biking and fishing supplies, paper products, well supplied kitchen, security, lighting, bbq) All the little things were thought through. Bedrooms met our needs ++, and common areas allowed us to spread out. Our 11 person family reunion was completely set here- Book this place!

Meredith is a Property Manager and owns Pineapple Properties of the Florida Keys. She is thrilled to represent the owners. Meredith is a fifth-generation native Floridian, Meredith's first visit to the Florida Keys was 35 years ago when she was 18 years old. She went sport fishing with the legendary Captain Skip Bradeen in Islamorada, explored the islands from Key Largo to Key West, and was hooked! Meredith, her husband Barry, a realtor, and their children enjoyed vacationing in the keys for many years and after raising their family in Winter Park, Florida, Barry and Meredith moved here full time! She loves helping guests with personal recommendations of all her favorite spots to help make their vacation better than they ever imagined!
