The hosts were incredibly nice and was quick to answer any questions. We came to ice fish and truly appreciated the tips the owners gave us about where to go on the lake.The house was the perfect size for our group and fit our needs well.

Place was clean and tidy. Good private location, but 10minutes from a general store and a few good places to eat. Boat ran perfectly, and the owners were super easy to deal with. Even helped with fishing advice. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great Place to Stay!

Our Snowmobile Club really enjoyed snowmobiling in the area and coming back to a nice house for meals and friendship.The owners were accommodating and everything was clean and newly remodeled. I recommend this place.

Great place for fishing, family, bonfires and Grilling!

We rented a pontoon boat, went fishing, cruising, sun tanning, and spent hours floating and relaxing. The cabin was immaculate, beds very comfortable, host very accessible! Enjoyed the firepit, made sā€™mores and made memories!!

Great Experience!

Great property on Chippewa Flowage! House was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Communication before arrival was great and check-in was simple. Tracy and Jim went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and were very helpful in providing information about the lake and surrounding area. Overall a great family vacation spot!

The cottage was spacious but had a cozy feeling. The outside area was roomy and gave us plenty of room for games. The dock for our boat was perfect and the location was close to every thing. Tracy was very informative. Loved our time there.

Great Cabin

This cabin had everything you could want and the hosts thought of everything! There were games set up waiting to be played- chairs around the fire pit, even some candy on the table to welcome you. The location is fantastic and quiet being on a dead end street. The lake access was great and the Chippewa Flowage was great. Canā€™t wait to explore more of it the next time we come up. We loved this cabin.

Great spot for a family get away

We had a great week with seven family members meeting after a long separation due to the pandemic. The cabin layout is fantastic, the canoe/kayak/paddle boards provided great access to explore the vast waterways, and we enjoyed may nights around the fire watching the meteor showers as well as blackberry picking on nearby trails. Tracy is an excellent host, a great communicator, and provides many basic necessities not usually seen in VRBO rentals. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location, amenities and property

It was our family of fiveā€™s first experience on the flowage and we couldnā€™t have rented a better property. The location to get out and do some panfishing was excellent and the tucked in dock/beach was perfect for our kiddos to play and venture out on the paddle board and kayaks provided. We experienced spectacular sunsets from the fire pit and slept well in comfy beds. The cabin is beautiful with all the amenities and space our family needed or wanted. Communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to give us extra information about the area and the flowage. Canā€™t wait to come back!

All the Comforts of Home

The property is tucked back in a private cove, beautiful large wrap around deck or sandy beach for lounging. Large windows in the living room to keep the view going when you come in for the evening or in the morning for coffee. Beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked, bathrooms are new and clean. Kayaking around the bay was fun, and a fire pit for Sā€™mores, complete with marshmallow forks and wood. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful property on the Chippewa Flowage!

We loved our stay at Sandy Pines Cove! Tracy was great to work with, prompt in communication, and very accommodating! It seems they have thought of about anything you might need and have provided it for your use during your stay! The living area was great for hanging out, playing games, making food, etc. They have provided about every type of cook/bakeware you might need. The private cove was so nice for docking our boats and being semi-protected from the open water if windy/stormy. The cove also had a nice little beach area making it a great spot for the kids to play in the sand and water. We hope to stay at this cabin again soon! Thank you, Jim & Tracy!
