Comfortably sleeping guests with 3 king beds, 2 twin beds with a trundle, and a sleeper sofa, this home offers plenty of space to relax. Enjoy a private fenced pool, multiple living areas, and a front balcony with ocean views. Located just a short walk or golf cart ride from the beach, with nearby dining and attractions. Volcano is a gem of a property! The accommodations are well equipped for a stay away from home and the close proximity to the beach (and Dairy Queen) is a great bonus.

The house is much larger than the pics make it seem! The pool was perfect! The owner was quick to respond to all questions. Overall this place exceeded our expectations.

This house is well taken care of, and included a lot of thoughtful details that made our stay smooth and enjoyable! Everything was clean and comfortable, location is great, the pool and fenced in yard was a perfect alternative to the beach on cooler days. Communication and great before the during our stay! Highly recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! It was super clean, spacious, and had a lot of amenities. We loved having our own pool and back yard. Our family rented the golf cart, and it was a super close trip to the beach. We recommend this place to anyone!

We always enjoy staying at the Volcano. It is in the perfect location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be booking again!! Our family has the best time!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home and property!!

This property was absolutely beautiful. Perfect for a family or a girls trip as we did. We were all in our mid 70's and we had an excellent time. The home was beautiful just as it was advertised and the Hist's were so helpful. I didn't look at the right email and didn't have the correct code to get in. We called and got an answer immediately. We would love to stay there again next year. I think this will be our yearly April home. Thank you for being a great host.

Amazing Stay – Even Better Than the Photos!This beach house was huge – the pictures truly don’t do it justice. There was so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was perfect, and the golf cart was such a great touch for quick trips to Thomas Donuts and Carousel Grocery, which had everything we needed. The beach was close, beautiful, and easy to access. The property management team was responsive and great to work with. Overall, a fantastic stay – highly recommend

Loved the property! Can’t say enough good things about it. Only 2 blocks from the beach. Plenty of room to spread out on the beach and in the house. Will consider renting again

Photos didn’t do this place justice! Place was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Larger in person than photos looked. Easy walk to the beach, but every time we went there we plenty of parking - for our personal car and the rented golf cart. Very nice. Host was helpful and responsive.

Family birthday trip

Property was so much more than we expected. It was beautiful and so close to the beach. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for our group of 10. The pool and patio was enjoyed by all. They are all asking when we can do it again! Wonderful memories!

Family Summer Vacation 2022

The description of this property does not do it justice. We were with our 4 children and 2 of their soon to be husbands. The house was perfect with plenty of room not to be on top of each other. The 3 bedrooms upstairs for teh kids with a sitting area outside was terrific The neighborhood is changing as this house is in a quiet residential area that is much different then most properties for Panama City Beach The beach was walking distance but it is a long walk. We enjoyed teh use of the golf cart and we highly recommend this when staying at this house. We used it to visit DQ, the local grocery and the doughnut shop beside to the beach several times a day. This location will become more "touristy" over the next few years Would stay here again

Perfect

We stayed for my daughters softball World Series and this home exceeded all expectations! Massive floor plan, beautiful kitchen, spacious rooms, TVs in every room, plus the backyard and pool was all just overwhelming and perfect! Modern design and very very clean! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Super close to the beach. We’ll be back for sure!!! And anyone staying in PCB I’ll be referring them to this property!

Best vacation rental ever!

This was our annual family vacation, but it was the first for our whole large blended family. I have rented several beach rentals through VRBO, and this was the best one yet. The owner was so kind and helpful. He asked me to let him know how he could improve, and I honestly could not think of one single thing that could have been better! From the beginning, he was prompt to answer my questions before renting. When we got to town early (because I didn’t read the details), I was able to contact Meredith, the property manager, and although she couldn’t promise, she told me she’d try to let us get in early, and she was able to! When I tell you, there was NOTHING that we needed or wanted that they hadn’t thought of, I mean there was NOTHING! The house was spotless! There were beach towels, toys, detergent, shampoo, everything! The pool was wonderful! The beds were so comfy! I never imagined that the location was literally across the street from the beach. My sister was at a condo “on the beach,” and her walk was farther than ours to get to the beach. And… one evening, I got a message from the owner that the A/C was sending him a message that there was a problem with the cooling system. We were still completely comfortable, and because he did that, we were able to prevent any issues. We never were even warm! Oh! I forgot to mention that the owner even sent us a list of restaurant recommendations with his personal favorites and why, for every meal and coffee! I can’t state enough how perfect this house, owner and management company were to make our vacation fabulous! If we come back, we will work to plan it when this house is available. He mentioned that he only owns one property, which is a shame, but if I have a different size group, I guess I will work to find what other properties Meredith manages, because she was amazing. I also spoke with the lady that cleaned because she was fabulous! Thank you Andrew and others for a fabulous vacation!!

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The beds were so comfortable. The house was clean and had plenty of supplies. We spent time in the pool every day of our stay. We loved the beach. We didn't rent the golf cart so we just walked. It wasn't far. We would stay here again. Highly recommend staying here.

Gem find! Worth every penny!

Our rental was perfect! We had 4 adults and 6 children ranging from 5-17. There was more than enough room for everyone throughout the stay. Never felt on top of each other. Could hang together or retreat to our rooms or other hang out areas in the home. The beds were heavenly and the condo had everything we needed and then some! Every space was so clean! The kids loved the pool and made unwinding at night perfect. The location was easy to get to and centrally located between the places we wanted to go. We didn’t get the golf cart this rental. We drove our cars down and parked at the beach or we walked. We didn’t think it was too far. The beach area was not overly busy either any of the times we went compared to some of the other public access ones we went to. Hope it was ok we left behind some pool noodles and sand toys for the next renters :) You won’t be disappointed staying here! Would 100% recommend this rental to anyone.

Wonderful

WE LOVED STAYING HERE. The place was spacious and a quick walk to the beach. The host was very attentive and responsive to all the questions or concerns we had during our stay. We opted to rent the golf cart for the week and it helped so much in going to and from the beach quickly. Also really good if you don't want your car getting all sandy. There was a bit of a hiccup with the toilets being clogged but that was fine as the upstairs toilets were fine. The kids all thoroughly enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. They would go swimming 3 - 4 times a day! The kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates, spoons, cups, and cooking utensils. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Great House is a great location

The place was a block from the beach and very close to PCB and 30A. I would recommend groups of 8 and with kids. The pool was small but perfect for us. Get the golf cart.
