Beautiful home in an amazing location in the heart of Pacific Beach. Located 1/2 block from the beach and just as close to the best restaurants and night life that the area has to offer. The local grocery store and Starbucks are next door. The house has A/C, 6 beds and will sleep 8 comfortably! It comes with a 2 car garage and washer/dryer. There are (6)bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and toys. It comes with everything that you`ll need for a great beach vacation. Did I mention Great Location!



This home is in a gated community right in the heart of PB. It has 6 beds and will sleep 8 comfortably. The home is newly built and has A/C. With the beach and its famous boardwalk less than 1 block away, and restaurants and bars a short 1-2 min walk, you`ll have quiet and peaceful accommodations right in the heart of it all!



Everything in this home is either new or like new. It has cable TV, free wifi, washer/dryer, blow dryers, ironing board, and a fully stocked kitchen with some condiments. Bed linens and bath towels are also provided, as well as shampoo and body wash. There is a high chair and pack & play for babies. Boogie boards, a surf board, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, beach cruisers and sand toys for your use. There is a 2 car tandem garage ( while quite large it will NOT accommodate a lifted vehicle or one with a Tall roof rack)



I live close to this property so if you need anything, I`ll be there to help. If I happen to be traveling I will make sure that you have a personal point of contact, to make your stay as fun as possible.



Pacific beach has to be one of the premier beach vacation spots in the world. We are less than 1 very short block from the beach and a short walk down the Boardwalk to the pier. There is everything here that one would expect in a beach area, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, parasailing, boat rentals, and fishing excursions close by. Belmont Park is just down the Boardwalk. Enjoy the excitement of horse racing at Del Mar Park. Sea World is about 2 miles away. La Jolla is just a couple of miles up the road. You also have the exciting downtown nightlife with the Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Sea Port Village and Coronado Island, just a short drive. I almost forgot the world Famous San Diego Zoo and Scripps, which are also just short drives, as well.



The public transportation stop is directly across the street. On weekends, there is a bus that will pick you up and take you to the Gas Lamp District and bring you back (there is a cost associated). We provide some beach cruisers (6) that you use to enjoy the boardwalk and surrounding area. The local grocery store is less than 50 yards away. When you get here, you will be able to park your car in a private 2 car garage and never have to drive the entire time you are here, if you choose.

The location was great! Near groceries, restaurants, shopping, the beach. The garage provided parking for 2 cars. Place was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, everything exactly as described. Randy was extremely responsive and helpful. We had 7 people (13, 17, 17, 18, 19 and parents) and we were very comfortable. Definitely will stay again.

Perfect location!

The rental was in the perfect location and price point for our group of friends. The beach just across the street. If you forgot something, super easy to run back in a few minutes and spend a whole day on the beach. Restaurants and nightlife all walkable. Everything worked great for us and Randy was easy to communicate with. PB is a blast!

Perfect getaway

Close to all amenities and fun nightlife options, not to mention just STEPS from the beautiful Mission Bay beaches. Randy has thought of everything - masses of shampoo and body wash in all bathrooms, towels galore (bath and beach), five bikes that we just loved, a great dining and games table, coffee and tea making, full kitchen with ample fridge space, tv downstairs and in the gorgeous main en suite, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher that gave this mom a real holiday break! Thanks for everything!

Great location for enjoying the beach scene

We rented two condos from Randy in the same complex for a family gathering of 13 people. Both were very clean and well stocked with loads of kitchen supplies, towels and a full laundry. All of the appliances were modern and everything in working order. Beds were comfortable. The garage had loads of beach gear and bikes which was great. We went for rides around the bay and up to La Jolla each day. The garage is narrow but we parked our Chrysler Pacifica ok, it's just a bit snug

Perfect Location

Perfect location, easy walk to the beach and tons of places to eat and a grocery store super close as well. Just a couple of items we did not see (salt and pepper and kleenex) and would have been nice to have but the grocery store is very close so not a deal breaker at all. Also, a bucket to fill with water to rinse the sand off of our feet (or something like that) would have been a nice but again, small details. The place was clean, beds were great and plenty of space to move about. We had one adult and 3 teenagers (13, 14 and 17). Would definitely come again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable with plenty of room and the location was great! A block and a half from the beach with a grocery store across the street and a pizza place across the parking lot.

Awesome beach vacation

Excellent location, we walked to the beach and great restaurants in just minutes. The house was fantastic, very clean and great attention to details. We loved that the garage was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cruisers and toys. We definitely be back.

Diamond in the Rough

Great location... convenient to many amenities. VERY close to the beach.... certainly walking distance. The property is very nice and clean. Modern. Host was super helpful and was available for anything immediately. Garage access was tight... but I had a big F-150 and was still able to squeeze in. I would certainly stay here again with my friends.
