Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties:) Maximum capacity at all times is 8 guests. During the months of May-September there is a VERY STRICT outdoor lighting policy. All interior blinds and curtains must be closed between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. There can be no outdoor lights during this time. This is the guests responsibility and could result in a $500 fine by the city as well as lose of damage deposit and possible immediate eviction, should you or the property receive a citation. Thank you in advance with your help in protecting the sea turtles! THIS PROPERTY HAS A VERY FIRM NO PETS POLICY. NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY ANIMAL, SIZE OR BREED.

Beach Music is a beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bath home located on the front beach of "The Edge of America". Breathtaking views of the Atlantic from inside, the ground level screened porch and upper sundeck. This home will not disappoint! Thoughtfully cared for and appointed, it is a home you will want to return to again and again.

Fabulous beach location! Great views from both shaded and sunny spots on the HUGE deck. We were only two, but plenty of room/seating for groups to spread out. Loved walking on the beach and watching the surfers. Far enough from town to miss the crowds, at least when we were there March 24 - 29, 2026. House was clean, nice linens/towels, we found everything we needed. Host was responsive to questions before we arrived. I'd suggest stopping at Walmart or Publix for needed provisions before coming on the Island. One day the traffic onto the Island was really backed up, so plan ahead. There were lots of spices, olive oil, some coffee there when we arrived, but it's only what others have left behind, so you can't count on anything specific. Can't beat the view and the sound of the waves!

Wonderful vacation

We loved staying here and would go back again. The house was just as expected very clean and comfortable. We loved the view and location right on the beach. It was nice to get to the downtown easily but be just far enough away from it as well.

This property was perfect! As many other reviewers noted, it is very well equipped with lots of kitchen items, beach chairs and beach toys…there were many kitchen items I was pleasantly surprised to find at a beach house! The outdoor spaces are fantastic, and we were almost always on the covered outdoor deck or screened in porch. Access to the beach is so close and easy. It’s amazing to have a yard too (there were tons of beautiful butterflies flying in the yard!). The property manager was extremely responsive, too. The only thing that would make this property better is an enclosed outdoor shower (there is an outdoor shower but it’s not private). We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay here again!

A little bit of Paradise

Really nice well equipped house with a fantastic deck Right on the ocean. The location is fantastic, maybe 25 steps from the house to the beach and a short walk into town. Beautiful sunrises every day. I hope to go back. In addition to the house, Folly Beach is a great spot.

Communication was easy and answered all our questions. Very accommodating and was even able to get us in a little early. Location was wonderful. Enjoyed the screen porch and gazebo looking out over the ocean. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We stayed at this house the last week of September. It was a great experience and lots of memories were made. The weather was not the best BUT we made the best of each day. Being able to be RIGHT on the beach was amazing and so convenient. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay here again.

The location of this home is hard to beat. Great views of the ocean from both levels with plenty of outdoor space as well. The home was well appointed for a weekend trip with our group of friends.

We have owned and lived on Folly beach since 2003. We raised both our children on the sands of the beautiful and unique island. We look forward to sharing our little slice of paradise with you.

This lovingly maintained home embraces all that Folly has to offer. You simply can not beat all the various outdoor living spaces you have to choose from! Need protection from the sun, rain and flying wildlife...relax on the spacious screened porch,while taking in the ocean view. Looking for a little sun? Kick back on the sundeck in one of 4 loungers. Want to be out on the open deck but would like a little shade? There's a covered seating area! High Tide keeping you from playing beach games? No worries...there's a spacious manicured lawn. This is just the outdoor living! The inside of this home offers plenty of space for our guest to spread out and relax or gather together to play games and dine. This home will not disapoint. Owners and management work closely together to help provide a restful and stress free stay for our guests.

This home is located on 11th block of the east side of Folly. This area of the beach is far less crowded than other areas due to limited public parking spaces. Great for families looking for a more peaceful setting.
