Welcome to Marsh Madness! This spectacular, 2nd row home boosts stunning ocean, river and marsh views. This classic beach cottage is located directly across the street from the beach where you will enjoy easy beach access just steps away from The Washout, South Carolina's famous surfing hot spot. This home truly has it all, unbelievable views of the South Carolina Lowcountry while providing all the modern comforts of home.

This 2,700 square foot home lives large with 4 bedrooms, large kitchen with eat in dining and great living room/entertaining area. The west side of the house boasts 2 bedrooms that share 1 of the full baths. The east side includes another king bed with private bath in one room with queen bed and private bath in the other. Room on the rear of the house has private deck access with expansive Folly River views.

The front deck provides ocean views and a relaxing spot to unwind. Upon entering the home you will be greeted with wood floors throughout the living area where a gigantic couch will provide plenty of space to relax after a long day on the beach. Flat-screen TV with DVD player and plenty of games will entertain the entire family on a rainy day. Separating the living area from the kitchen is the perfect 'game' table with beautiful retro chandelier.

The eat-in kitchen has plenty of room for the entire family to hang out while dinner is prepared. Imagine gathering for dinner with the South Carolina sunset in the background or breakfast as the sunlight graces the marsh starting your day on Folly Beach. Plenty of seating at the table and access to the rear deck will make the kitchen a popular place to spend time with friends and family. The owners have provided all the needed essentials even the most discerning chef would need.

The second floor includes a loft with a futon for an additional lounging area. From there, you can step out onto the brand new balcony that overlooks the ocean with beautiful beach views. The third full bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower is accessible from the loft area.

House is equipped with washer/dryer and dishwasher to give you the convenience of being at home while on vacation. Outdoor shower under the house provides the perfect spot to rinse off from a long day under the sun. Wi-Fi is also provided at the property for the business traveler or connected teenager.

This home is not pet friendly and smoking is strictly prohibited in the home. No parties or events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Please contact us with any questions. We hope to see you soon!

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
