Quiet villa, 3-minute walk from the Hermitage lagoon and restaurants

This two-story house is located on a very quiet residential street, yet just a 3-minute walk from the popular Hermitage lagoon and charming seaside restaurants. It was completely rebuilt in 2015 using high-quality materials such as wood, and the original window and door frames have been preserved.
The living room opens onto a large veranda overlooking the tropical garden. All bedrooms are air-conditioned; the living room and veranda are equipped with ceiling fans.
Two walk-in showers and two separate toilets have been provided for added comfort. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach.
We can offer two adjoining rentals, back-to-back: "Les Allamandas" and "Le Manguier." A fully soundproof door has been installed to connect the two units. Our accommodation capacity can be increased to 14 people by booking both rentals. Each house has a completely private garden and is not overlooked. The property is accessed through a shared gate, but each house has its own parking space. Free parking is also available on the street.

A barbecue, cot, and high chair are provided free of charge. A folding bed can be added to one bedroom to accommodate an additional child or young adult.
The kitchen has been carefully equipped to ensure guests have everything they need. The separate laundry room (one for each of the two accommodations) opens onto the garden to minimize noise.
