Perfect location. Only real complaint is the bed in the bunkbed room was way to low to the ground for a 55 adult. Kitchen supplies were plentiful. The deck and pool were great. I would stay there again.

On the Beach

Clean and roomy property with a large covered veranda overlooking the pool and beach. Easy access to the beach by a boardwalk next to the property. Just a few blocks easy walking to restaurants and the marina. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was larger than expected and clean upon arrival. The ktichen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The pool was large and clean. The location was perfect, right on the beach and just the right distance from the boardwalk for easy access but away from hustle and bustle. We loved the new wooden walkway to the beach and it made easy access. We loved it and would return again.

Great place

This was perfect for our spring break! Love the large deck and the master bedroom with ocean views. There was plenty of room for us all to stretch out. The location is great—close enough to walk to the boardwalk but far enough away from the noise to enjoy peace and rest.

Great spot to stay

Perfrct spot for a vacation with grands and kiddos. The bedrooms are spacious and the split with 2 in back and one in front was great for travel with kids. We also could walk almost everywhere. Will stay here again.

Thanksgiving with family

This condo proved the perfect location for us to come down and enjoy the holiday with all our family in the area. Added bonus it enabled us to bring our fur baby and include her in all the holiday fun.

Crisp 30th Anniversary Trip

Loved everything about it. With the exception of the walkway being under repair. But it really wasn’t that big of an inconvenience.

Excellent condo and location

The property had everything we needed, and it was well maintained. Management was extremely friendly and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend it.

Great location and comfortable home

We loved our time at My Paradise. The location was perfect for us, the large deck, where we spent a lot of time was comfortable and inviting. Our fur baby loved the space too. We enjoyed the ease of access to the beach. The place was clean and contained all we needed for our stay. The only 2 negatives: was the inability to fully open the freezer door. The bar keeps it from fully opening. It was logistically interesting to put our container of frozen breakfast sandwiches and ice cream into. And the unlock door code did not always work; the office gave us keys which we used to enter the condo instead of continuing to use the code to enter. We would stay here again.

Family Vacation

Pros: The Condo was great!! Very clean!! Communication was excellent with staff!! Cons: parking is horrible.. getting calls all during the day and night to move cars and trying to get your car out. Fire alarm went off twice in 1 night. Apparently it’s common and I wasn’t aware due to the salt air. I have stayed many places in Carolina Beach and never experienced that. Towel rack was broken when we arrived in the master bath and there was a hole in the wall.

Little piece of perfect!

This is the perfect location! It was very clean and all the basic necessities that you might need to get started. Check in was super easy and the management was SO SUPER helpful with any questions we had. The view from here and the location is amazing!!!! The parking can be tricky but wasn't terrible, Id recommend renting a golf cart it made getting around super easy and you can park easier. This rental is on the 3rd floor so 2 flights of stairs just in case you have a hard time with stairs. I didnt like that the sliding doors did not lock but I did let mgmt know. Its a safety thing for me but the only bad thing I would have to say. Thonly downside is the parking

Resort Prices with Econo Accommodations

The view can’t be beat but disappointed with accommodations. Spindles on deck needed to be fastened and secured. There were 2 spindles that were very loose. Had to be really careful with toddlers. 2 toilet paper rolls for 6 people for 3 days. Didn’t realize we had to purchase them. Blankets need to be washed Pillows replaced or washed Dish rack and chopping board was dirty Refrigerator was at a high temperature Took a full 24 hours to a doable temperature All clocks on appliances were off Dishwasher needed drying agent; dishes looked cloudy so we washed everything prior to using it. Sink faucet needs to be tightened Suggest a clock in bedrooms Suggest more coffee cups! All mugs were mismatched dollar store finds Update cookware, teflon pans needs to be replaced Update shower curtains, curtains were definitely dollar store items The only saving grace was the beautiful view which can’t be beat and it’s right on the beach!

A Week in Paradise

We recently spent a week at "My Paradise," and it was nearly everything we could have wished for. The kitchen came fully equipped with plenty of dishes and cookware, making in-house meals a breeze. The sleeping arrangements were mostly comfortable, thanks to a king size bed that very comfortable and a bottom bunk bed that was surprisingly cozy. The view from the condo was the highlight of our stay, offering us ocean views that were truly breathtaking. The pool area was well-maintained and included an outside shower. We also appreciated the large balcony. It was also a pleasant surprise to find pool and beach toys available for our use, and the air conditioning throughout the condo was exceptionally cold, providing much-needed relief from the heat. Surrounding shopping and activities were within walking distance. The condo is accessible only via multiple flights of stairs, which presented a challenge for older members of our party. The full-size bed was notably hard and uncomfortable, and the top bunk of the bunk beds was disruptively loud whenever occupied. Parking was another obstacle due to a tandem parking arrangement and spaces that were not designed to accommodate larger vehicles, making coming and going a bit of a hassle. Lastly, we noticed the cleaning tools like the broom and mop could be replaced, and the vacuum cleaner hadn't been emptied.
