Just Renovated!

Beautiful views from a great unit. You will love the well maintained, upgraded corian kitchen and white cabinetry. Enjoy your coffee on the top floor balcony while looking at whales and boats in the distance. An amazing air-conditioned unit at an amazing resort. The bedroom features a cal-king bed, the living room has a queen sofa sleeper and TV for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking and BBQ needs. Close to it all, whale watching, snorkeling, scuba, hiking, biking, surfing, paddle boarding, and dining. The resort offers a heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and putting green onsite as well as an onsite sandwich shop and activities desk. Enjoy a relaxing evening grabbing a drink at the onsite bar.

The nearby Maui Ocean Center and all that Maalaea has to offer is just a 4 mile drive. This Kihei location is also close to all Kihei, Wailea and Makena have to offer. One of the few beachfront condos in South Maui. Less than 20 minutes to the airport.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Great Views

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Convenient to shops, dining, pool and the of course the beach. Would stay there again for sure.

Amazing place at a central location

Really great place to stay, central location, clean with easy access.Only request is, please keep shampoo, conditioner and body wash to support your guests instead of 2 small tubes of shampoo only.The first thing we needed to do is to run to the store and get these even when we were paying top dollars like any other resort.

Amazing Beachfront Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was wide clean and long. We walked for hours without seeing almost anyone. The unit was functional and clean as advertised. The location is great for going to the beach but not great for restaurants and stores. You’ll need a car to drive into town. Property managers were responsive and friendly.

Beautiful sunsets

This was the perfect central Maui location! Easy drive to the airport and Haleakala. Beautiful views and gorgeous quiet beach. The sandwich shop/ bar was a pleasant surprise-friendly staff, good food and drinks.

Cleanest rental I’ve ever had

Amazing

This place was amazing!!! We had a view of the ocean right outside our patio. Listening to the ocean waves before going to bed and when waking up was awesome!!! I’m very picky about how clean a place is and I was very happy how well kept it was. We were pretty busy in Maui and didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the condo and I’m sad we didn’t. The location is perfect, pretty centrally located. I will definitely recommend this condo and would love to come back someday.

Nice but not what it say

I love the resort but my bigs problem was the bed was old ,no cable or satellite just a Roku streaming service and it was bad ,and we had a fire bell in the whole building and no explanation why it had they could have called and tell us what was going on instead I found out later from others who called but we had to walk up and down the stairs when your old and have bad legs it was uncomfortable no ac for over two hours or better it just wasn’t like the other rooms we stay in at the same place. It is a great location I can say that .

Great view

We liked this property and it suited our needs. The only thing was the bugs! We thought they were mosquitoes but were told by locals gnats. But seriously like hundreds of them on the external lanai doors, floor, walls. Clean when we showed up but the next morning so many bugs. The second night we were really careful with the lights, and my ocd husband even vacuumed the bugs outside…but they were back. So for us made the lanai not useable. Otherwise good!

Great place to stay in Maui!

This was a great place to stay with beautiful sunsets from the balcony! Close to Lahina, the airport and lots of great restaurants. The pool area was nice, plenty of chairs to go around, with a large hot tub. Walking on the beach daily was one of our favorite things to do. While we didn't grill anything, plenty of people did. I would definitely recommend eating at Coconuts - best tarter sauce on the island. I also recommend the sunset cruise and whale watching with the Pacific Whale Foundation. We saw many whales breach the water. Unit was very quiet and very well equipped. Everything except salt and pepper, and ketchup and mustard was there. The bar and grill on site had great sandwiches. Be sure to visit the ladies in the office and pick up a map or two - great for getting around the island. They also have great recommendations on places to eat. We would definitely go back. Thanks Dan for a great place to stay!

Unsanitary conditions, abysmal communication

We initially booked this property & were excited to find an oceanfront condo at an affordable price. Unfortunately, we ultimately got far less than we paid for. After an 18-hour travel day, we arrived at the property shortly before 10:00 PM. The check-in process was smooth. However, upon entering the unit, our experience took a turn for the worse. We immediately noted that the bathroom had not been adequately cleaned: the toilet had been used & not flushed; there were clumps of hair in the shower drain; & there was sand in the shower grout. Though the remainder of the unit appeared clean, the unhygienic state of the bathroom raised concerns about the bedding and kitchen. Given the late hour & long day, we decided that it was not feasible to wait for the property manager to re-sanitize the unit & made alternative plans for our first night. Early the next morning, we sent a message through VRBO & emailed the property manager in an effort to work out a solution. And then...silence. We heard nothing from either the owner of the unit or the property management company for over 48 hours. Despite our time-stamped photos demonstrating the state of the unit, the owner insinuated we were lying about its condition. He acknowledged receipt of our message the morning it was sent but failed to follow up with us for over two days. No apology or refund was offered. We cannot overstate Dan's lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Book this unit at your own risk.
