Gouville-sur-Mer is a welcoming and pleasant town with a wide range of activities.

This house stands out for its ample space; it features

a large living area that can accommodate 8 people, with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, which leads out to the southwest-facing terrace where you can host barbecues (charcoal).

The unique sleeping area upstairs features two single bedrooms and three sleeping spaces on the mezzanine; on the right side of the mezzanine is a bathroom and a game room leading to a bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine(mezzanine 2).

On the left side, there is a second bathroom, a sleeping area with two single beds (mezzanine 1), and a bedroom with a double bed located above it (mezzanine 2).

This house has other highlights, notably its outdoor play area that will delight children and its pétanque court that everyone will enjoy; bicycles are also available (for ages 6–7 and up) along with plenty of other outdoor games...
