Located in a secure residence, halfway between the beach and shops, this studio is composed as follows:

- A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

- An open fitted/equipped kitchen area.

You will also benefit from a balcony overlooking the courtyard of the residence.

Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 per set depending on the dimensions of the bedding.
Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.

Animals are not allowed.

Cleaning fees are included in the room rate.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account). The payment of your tourist tax will also need to be regularized.
