The pictures for this property tell a different story than what you actually get. While the house was neat when we arrived, we found issues with many areas that couldā€™ve been cleaner. The soap dispensers were all filled with water rather than soap, we had to bleach the toilets due to mildew build up, and the bath linens (towels only) were in the closet so it was hard to tell if they were freshly laundered. The house smelled like smoke even though the rules said no smoking, and the central air didnā€™t work- we had to run the window unit downstairs the entire stay. The front door lock doesnā€™t line up correctly- the owners provided a door jamb stick as a remedy- which is unacceptable. Overall the house felt dirty and old, definitely a disappointing stay.

Honestly the best property ever. Host was very communicative and helpful throughout whole stay. Easy check in and check out. He was very accommodating. Nice pricing. Included all the amenities listed. I would definitely book again!!

My Stay.

The area was nice! Although it is about a 10min drive to a gas station & 30min + to any other activity in atlanta. The house itself is nice! though you can tell it is older compared to other houses in the neighborhood. The pool table was great, & the patio was very private. The Tvā€™s were great in each room and the speakers were a plus! Everything worked & kitchen supplies were provided as well. It was very hot most of the time. The thermostat is located upstairs, so it takes a long time to circulate through the house. And the master bedroom lights did not work. Although the host was very communicative about it and let us know previous guest had broken the lights. Overall a great stay & definitely a house for a large group! I would book again.

Cool place to stay

House was ok needed to be cleaned was a little dusty. No extra toilet paper no extra trash bags no washing powder. Bed frame was broken when we got there but did come out and replaced very quickly. But overall it was a cool place to stay

Think twice

We arived at the property and it definitely needed a cleaning. Cob webs everywhere and the garage looked to have paper covering the windows. We got into the property with no issue. It looked clean to the naked eye however I manage properties so i look at things differently. The couch had not been cleaned there was dirt/crumbs under the cushions. The fridge hadnt been cleaned it was just empty. The oven was disgusting. There was a piece of a blunt left on the ottoman. There were a few dead roaches in thedining room but the host notified us they had just sprayed prior to our arrival. The walls were scuffed up 1st floor and second. Minor things true indeed but when you pay a cleaning fee the property should've been cleaned before our arrival. We reached out to the host and they did say they would give a refund but by that time it was late and we had been driving all day to get to the location and wasnt familiar with the area to tey to find another property at that hour. The garage is not accessible as it is blocked off which is not stated in the discription and there is only parking for 2 vehicles in the drive way. Others have to park on the street. I did reach out to VRBO and they informed me the host would not give a refund because we chose to stay. We were not looking for a full refund but at least the cleaning fee. We also sent pictures to the host and VRBO and facebook We may not get that cleaning fee but hopefully this reveiew will make them do a walk through next time

Dream home

I really enjoyed my stay to where it was a great communication with the host and his sister and also I felt like I was at home lol it was tooo comfortable and veryyy roomy I really enjoyed the jacuzzi to where i didnā€™t want to get out lol I had a small event on Saturday which was ladies night and everything was well put together šŸ™‚ so booked this house you want be disappointed

Great place

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway with our family. The kids all loved the pool table and that kept them entertained when we werenā€™t out and about. It was cold when we visited and the downstairs thermostat wasnā€™t working, so I messaged the host and within minutes I got a phone call explaining where a second thermostat was and we got the house warmed right up! The only small issues we ran into were there were only 4 forks and we had 7 people staying, so I would suggest while out grocery shopping to purchase disposable cutlery, and there was no baby gate for the stairs. We donā€™t have stairs in our home so our one year old was definitely intrigued to say the least! We were on our toes watching her and helping her go up and down the stairs the entire stay. But overall it was a great place and if we ever return to the area we would definitely stay there again!

Won't stay again

We wouldn't stay here again. A lot of furniture items were broken, the return vents were disgusting and when we turned the heat up 2 degrees (per the host this was ok) we shut it off after 20 minutes because it smelled like it was burning. You walk into the house and the transition strip is broken (popped up) we have to keep sneakers on top of it so no one would trip. The owner did bring over extra sheets when we asked for them for the couch. Communication was good.

Home away from home

This house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Looks just like the pictures. The host thought of everything we needed during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again! This host was great - very responsive and available to answer questions.

Clean quiet and comfy

We had to bring a larger family group to Georgia for a funeral. This property was close to the funeral home, and large enough to accommodate us. We appreciated the early check in, as we had to get changed and head to the visitation shortly after arriving. The rooms were large, and the bathrooms were clean and well kept. There were a variety of spices in the cabinets and a nice outdoor balcony with a small table and a grill. It was perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend!

Just off the Beaten Path

Nice home. Has some wear as expected. Clean. Bedrooms are spacious. Living room looks tiny in pics, but itā€™s comfortable for a family of 7. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in. If you are looking for luxury then this is not it, however if youā€™re looking for a comfortable place for you and your family to stay, spread out and enjoy your vacation - this is perfect!
