Regatta Bay 2 Story Condo close to Everything

Come enjoy this amazing large 2 story condo with 3 BR and 3 Bath at Regatta Bay. Both floors offer great lake views and patios. The upper level is includes a bedroom that sleeps 4, large living and dining area, kitchen, full bathroom and laundry facilities. Two master bedrooms (each sleep 2) with separate bathrooms on the lower level. Both bedrooms have access to a private lower deck.

Regatta Bay offers two pools, tennis courts and a play area for the kids. The complex is located on Horseshoe Bend at the 11 mile marker on the main channel. The Horseshoe Bend area is close to the Bagnell Dam Strip area as well as grocery stores, attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Excellent set up!

So nice to have a full 3 bed and 3 bath with screened in porches! The view of the water was so peaceful as well. Beds were comfy!

Relaxation on the Lake

This vrbo had everything - so there was no need to stress over not having something - you could completely focus on the trip and of course the view. Split level balconies which allowed for both a kids and adult area. Beautiful location on Regata Bay.

Clean, well stocked and close to everything.

The Regatta condo was perfect for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The entire condo was very clean, cozy, and easy to make it your own own while you stay there. Despite our unexpected delay in arriving a day late due to health issues, Chris was extremely responsive. A couple minor issues were fixed before I even got a chance to respond back after being away from the condo for a couple hours.The condo is close to many things it was a perfect location for us. We also found the neighbors to be extremely helpful when we went to the wrong door which I’m sure happens more often than they would like. It gave us a great impression of the complex and how owners care for their property.We also used the pool which was very nice and had clean, pool side bathrooms and covered area to sit in the shade. The beds are very comfortable and there was plenty extra blankets while sitting in the living room with many entertainment options. Many great amenities such as a closet full of games, plenty of beach and regular towels.It was our first time in the Ozarks, but we would definitely stay here again if we ever went back. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Enjoyable!

Good location. Lots of trees on the property and excellent views of the lake when walking around. Master bedroom on the lower level makes it even quieter. Sliding glass doors open to a screened balcony with a table and chairs. Nice to sit there in the evening. Pools very nice.

Nice place for the rate

Amazing communication with all of my questions before we arrived - and assistance with finding a boat launch and trailer storage. Nice place but the cleaning crew could have been a little more detailed (some dishes were dirty in the cabinets and lots of stray food crumbs under the trash cans). They could also use a new couch as this one is ripped but we didn’t sit too much while there. Overall nice place and we had a great time.

Great location!

Great location and nice property. The king bed in the master was very comfortable but unfortunately, can't say the same about the other beds (very thin and no box spring). Need new toilets in the house; would barely flush. Otherwise, loved the place and would stay again if they get new beds.

Great family spot!

We had a wonderful time at the Lake of the Ozarks! The condo was located at a great spot within the complex….close to all the recreational activities. The condo had plenty of space and wonderful layout for our family of 6. It was very well stocked, especially the kitchen. There were also games, extra beach towels, Kleenex, and blankets. The check-in and checkout process were super simple. There were a few simple house keeping issues that could use improvement. Overall the condo is fantastic, and we’d recommend it!

Nice place but needs some updates.

The Condo was nice but could definitely use some updates and wasn't the cleanest place. There were smudgy handprints all over the mirrored wall and food debris all around the kitchen trash cans. The listing said it came with a "grill" but it was a very small electric grill that was barely big enough for brats, and it actually caught fire. Several in our party have food allergies so we cooked all of our meals at the condo. It would've been nice to have a better grill and some sharp knives. The view of the lake was complete obstructed by trees.

Hi Lisa, Thanks for the response and feedback. We will definitely follow up with the cleaning crew, we bought a new gas grill and knives for the unit, and will follow up with the condo association about trimming some of the trees back to improve the view.

There's never a bad week at the Lake of the Ozarks

First, I want to start this review by making it known that I waited until there were very few waterfront 3 bed/3 bath condos/houses available for the week of our family vacation. Also, because of the pandemic, the rental rates have skyrocketed since last summer. So, here we go. I am trying to be as nice as possible because whatever I say is intended only to be helpful to the owner as they plan for future rental guests. These were our observations and suggestions. 1. The linens should probably be updated so that they feel a little more "hotel grade". The master bedroom was fine. 2. The bath towels were not also not great. We actually made a trip to Kohls right after we checked in and bought a stack of 6 bath towels and washcloths for our family. 3. The kitchen was not equipped nearly as well as the other properties we have rented in the past. We have rented an average of two LOTO condos/houses each year for the last decade. The toaster looked like it was manufactured in the 1950s. The fridge was really small and the temp was difficult to regulate. The icemaker was broken. There was no measuring cup, for example. ZERO spices left behind. No pitcher for making iced tea (other than one small beer pitcher). No baggies, aluminum foil or dish soap. In general, the kitchen should probably be outfitted better OR inform your guests to bring EVERYTHING from their own home. 3. the dishwasher barely worked. 4. the grill was completely inadequate for a family. We all laughed a little when we saw it. We had never heard of an ELECTRIC BBQ grill. You should tell your guests in advance that you don't have a grill. 5. Unless you were standing/sitting in one corner of the living room, there was zero view of the main channel. And, from the decks, the trees blocked the view almost completely. 6. If you want to maximize your rental potential and compete against other similar VRBO listings, I would start updating carpet and decor. 7. On to the good things: WE LOVED the pool at your complex! Probably the best of all the condo complexes we have stayed at. The parking was adequate and only one flight of steps to the condo. The parking lots were in excellent condition. The walk to the dock was a bit long but we could drive our cars down closer to dock 4. The dock was really nice and well protected. Your neighbors were very friendly. We LOVE the Horseshoe Bend location. It's the best place to stay on the lake in our opinion and we have stayed EVERYWHERE. Great owners
