This cozy condo, makes for the perfect vacation spot for your friends and family! This condo is a water front unit with plenty of lake views from all over this open floor plan. This lower level unit creates a peaceful stay. The master suite has its very own access to the screened in porch, jacuzzi tub separate shower, double sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with its very own private bathroom. The third bedroom has a full size bed with access to shared main bathroom, with full shower. With the Lodge of the Four seasons close you are able to enjoy the fireworks display right from the screened in porch. A gas grill is located on the patio at the front door entrance of the unit. Regatta Bay is one of the nicest and well maintained complexes at the lake with a great location by land or by water. With the park-like common areas you will be amazed at the deer, turkey, and other wildlife that come to visit. There are 2 swimming pools (one of which is situated right on the water), 2 newly surfaced tennis courts, basketball hoop, a swim dock, a playground, and several large pavilions. Which make the space great for families and groups! Regatta Bay is close to shopping and dining. If you are a golf fan this unit is close to the courses that are at the lake. Close to the "Strip" near the Bagnell Dam, spas, and boat/waverunner rental. All flat panel TV's with cable in all the bedrooms and in main living area. The kitchen/dining area has plenty of seating for all your guests. The kitchen also has all the amenities that you need for an extended stay. The laundry room has full washer and dryer as well. RESPONSIBLE ADULT PARTIES ONLY- PETS ARE WELCOMED AND NO SMOKING- This is our vacation home and we take great care to make sure it stays in great condition. This especially includes bachelor & college groups which are not a good fit for our property or the complex. This unit does has WI-FI.
