The property is located at the top of a hill with a remarkable panoramic view of the Gâtinais Natural Park. You’ll be surrounded by 2 hectares of pine and oak trees, in the heart of the sandstone outcrops typical of the Fontainebleau Forest.
The two houses are close together and connected by a wooden deck nestled among the trees, complete with a hot tub.
In the first house, every space is in perfect harmony with nature. The living room and kitchen are entirely glass-enclosed and open onto the large terrace, which features an outdoor dining table and a pool heated from June through September. All bedrooms offer unobstructed views of the forest. One bedroom has a bathtub facing the forest.
The second house is completely surrounded by trees. The large 100-square-meter terrace is built around the trees, placing you amidst the branches, at the same height as the birds and squirrels. All bedrooms offer views of the forest, with no direct line of sight to neighboring properties. The hot tub is heated year-round, allowing you to enjoy exceptional views beneath the pine trees.
The fireplace and wood-burning stove in both houses create a warm and cozy atmosphere in winter and fall. In spring and summer, life takes place just as much outdoors as indoors, as you enjoy the natural coolness of the forest setting.
For the more curious among you, we’ll show you the Mesolithic prehistoric engravings we discovered on the property, which are now listed as prehistoric heritage sites by the Ministry of Culture.
