Great property!

It was a little hard to find when we got in late due to flight delays, but the stay was great, the owner was easy to communicate with, and the property was very clean!

Great location, beautiful apartment

The owner had many great suggestions for beaches, restaurants and activities. Equal distance to all nearby beaches. He recommended WoodNeck beach for our daughter and it was absolutely wonderful. Property was spacious, clean and well stocked on cleaning supplies as well as a few condiments and bathroom supplies. Fresh water was also available. Would possibly like to come again next year.

Perfect Cottage with EVERYTHING you need!

I had the opportunity to stay at Gary’s cottage this summer, and I found the property to be PERFECT! The photos on VRBO don’t do it justice, as it is vastly more spacious than it looks on a tiny screen! There is ample room in the driveway, and the front steps lead to a lovely and bright open floor plan of a blended living room, dining area, and kitchen. The flooring and cabinets are beautiful, and Gary has thought of everything you might need, right down to spare trash bags, cleaning products, spices, and pot holders! The vertical washer and dryer in the bathroom became my new best friend, and the shower with hotel curtain is extremely spacious, the water pressure was perfect, and there was even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the cozy quilt was perfect for Cape Cod open-window nighttime breezes, or having the AC on. Speaking of AC, with two units in the cottage, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, we never lacked for refreshingly cool air- and the week we visited was very hot and stuffy! With a large closet and dresser, there was plenty of room for clothing storage as well. The ceiling fan in the bedroom and kitchen area led me to tell my husband that I’m going to need a ceiling fan in our bedroom at home, ASAP! Our three kids slept in the living room, and Gary was kind enough to offer up another mattress for one of our girls, so they wouldn’t need to share the pull-out couch. Let me reassure you that you won’t have to worry about hearing how your kid’s phones ‘have no reception’, as the wifi signal is strong, and therefore, our three teens were extremely happy, between the wifi and the flatscreen TV with cable! Gary is sn amazingly kind and helpful host, and can help you find all the best restaurants and beaches! The location of the property is SO perfectly close to Main Street in Falmouth, and has several convenience stores, a Stop and Shop within 5 minutes, the ONLY Walmart on the Cape, and of course, STARBUCKS! We took a ferry trip to Martha’s Vineyard which was easy as pie from this property, and is actually cheaper than leaving from Hyannis… Speaking of Hyannis, it’s an easy 30 minute drive away! Don’t miss out on this lovely stay in Falmouth- you will NOT be disappointed! :)
