Lisa was always readily available for answering questions and making our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was open and ready for us when we arrived, including a lovely bottle of wine. We recommend staying here when on The Cape!!

This was such a fabulous stay for us. My family came up from Florida for my nephew’s wedding. The house was perfect for six adults to enjoy each other’s company or retreat to our own spaces. Two bathrooms allowed us all to get ready at a reasonable pace. The location was great and the rest of our family was able to use it as a home base. A lot of time was spent just gathering in the family room watching sports ball events. Lisa was so easy to work with and was very responsive. We are already making plans to come back next year at this time just to enjoy the view and the weather. Thank you again Lisa for making this feel like home. We felt very welcome.

Susan and Beth were the very best guests. They took pride in keeping our home neat and clean. I’m happy they want to come back next fall and look forward to it! If you’re a host, don’t hesitate to have Beth and Susan stay at your home.

We rented this cape property for a long cousin girls weekend. The host was responsive. The house was everything and more. Lisa had the property well stocked with paper goods, linens, and thoughtful extras. We went kayaking on the lake, played cards, did some day excursions. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Sunsets were particularly beautiful at this home. The kitchen was well appointed. We had some struggles with the TV, but eventually figured it out. The location was good for access to Falmouth. The slope was of the driveway was a bit tricky and perhaps our only complaint. All in all, a very nice experience. Thank You.

The property was as described in the listing. It is in an ideal location - sandy lake beach, close to ocean beaches, restaurants, shopping and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The owner was very responsive to questions. We would stay again.

Lovely Location

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and very well equipped. The 10 minutes or so to town is very easy.

Falmouth retreat

Really beautiful and well kept property. Kitchen was well stocked. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We hope to return again!

Lovely Lake House near everything

Lots of fun for the family with room for everyone. The lake is terrific and although the weather was very warm, an evening dip made everything wonderful. Beautifully decorated home near Falmouth and a great ice cream shop called Skippy’s.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

This is a beautiful home with plenty of relaxation seating space both indoors and outdoors. It is in a great location on the Cape and the neighborhood is lovely. Lisa was great to work with, very responsive and caring that we were happy with our accomodations.

Girls Weekend

The home was in a quiet neighborhood, very homey, we all felt comfortable. Very clean and the views of the water were beautiful! We loved eating breakfast on the large deck and conversing in the sun room. I am definitely coming back!

Fully stocked house on pond

Clean, attractive, perfect for kayaking on Jenkins Pond- close to Falmouth shopping, easy to get on and off Cape Cod - is close to Bourne Bridge, very relaxing sitting on the deck facing the pond.

We had a wonderful stay in an awesome home and enjoyed every minute! Lisa was so friendly I feel like we have known each other for years! Home is well stocked and it made it easy to fly in from out of state and have many of the things we needed already there and waiting for us.

Amazing introduction to the Cape!

A beautiful Property! My kids loved swimming in the lake and using the kayaks.The views from the deck and the kitchen, and living room are amazing. It was very clean and communication with the host was easy. Do not hesitate booking this property!

Beautiful!

Everything was great! The only reason I gave a 4 star for cleanliness was due to to some sand on the floor when we arrived. Beautiful home with a beautiful view!

Peaceful retreat

It was so nice to stay at this peaceful location with a great view. The house had everything we could want. The sand toys and paddle boards were especially popular. There was plenty of room in the house for people to spread out and do what they want.

Lovely and Spacious Pond Front Home

Lisa was a great host. She called me a few days before our stay to be sure we wouldn't have any issues on arrival and help with any information about the local area we might have questions on. The house was clean and neat with wonderful views of the pond throughout, and very spacious with the 4 bedrooms and multiple gathering rooms. The location was great for our Christmas shopping weekend with downtown Falmouth, Mashpee Commons, Cape Cod Mall all an easy drive.

A little slice of heaven !!!

Nestled in a quiet, pondside community is this lovely, beautifully decorated and well stocked home with a nice open floor plan. The view of the pond from the back deck is breathtaking as the pond beckons you to come play in the water. We were on the pond every day even if just for a brief paddle around the inlet. The Falmouth area offers great fishing spots, bike trails, beaches and cute towns. It was a perfect family vacation, thank you Lisa for sharing your home with us.

This house is a stunner. So spacious, clean and beautifully decorated! The lake in the back is so private, peaceful and serene and waking up in the morning and having breakfast out on the deck with the birds chirping and the little ducks passing by was something so special. The weather was perfect this time of year, so that was icing on the cake. You will also be very close to the town of Falmouth (only a few minutes away) but also close to other towns and attractions. Restaurants and shopping very close by. Just a perfect location. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfy. Lisa, our host, was super nice and helpful and so great to work with.I highly recommend this home. I would definitely stay here again! You will totally enjoy it if you decide to stay here!Cindy Smith and family.
