Amazing views, we didn’t want to leave the house. The house has everything you need for a wonderful Bigfork stay. The beds and seating are comfortable, everything was clean, and host was friendly and responsive. Not a single negative thing to mention. We would certainly book again.

Perfect little cabin!

This cabin is perfect in every way for a mountain getaway! The views are amazing, the cabin is clean, cute, and has many convenient and sweet little touches. We hope to be back every year!

We had a wonderful stay at Lynn’s cabin in Montana. The setup and facilities were excellent, the kids loved playing with the various games whilst we relaxed on the deck. The tubes were perfect for relaxing on Echo Lake and our only regret was that we only had 3 nights - we would have happily stayed much longer.

Love this place!

This is a wonderful place! Our whole family loved staying here. Lynn was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. I definitely would recommend staying here!

I can't think of a better experience than our stay in Bigfork this summer. Lynn was an exceptional host and even met us on the way in to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't really say what we liked the most about this magical place. I guess all of it! Every detail was well thought out, whether you were enjoying a cup of coffee on the wraparound porch, breakfast at the outdoor table, resting in the hammock, or lounging by the fire in the evening. The interior was decorated with nice finishing touches, and the beds were super comfortable. The views of the mountains and Echo Lake were amazing. There are plenty of activities around as well. We chose to kayak the Swan River, do a day hike in Glacier country, and try to soak up the rest of our time on-site. I am pretty sure this won't be our last visit to this Echo Lake cabin. Thanks again to Lynn for the excellent communication and for being such a wonderful host. We will be back!

Awesome Montana Cabin

The location is tucked away on a hill with a beautiful 360 degree view. Cabin has the best design to maximize space in style. Went with wife and kids and had an amazing stay. Host went above an beyond and was very communicative.

This cabin was a dream and just the best way to kick off our first few nights in Montana. The photos are beautiful, but driving up that mountain and seeing it in person is that much better. We could’ve spent hours on the front porch, in the hammocks, and dining outside. But of course, there is also so much to do in the area. We stayed well fed at the Echo Lake Café, hiked the Jewel Basin, went fly fishing with Big Fork Anglers, caught a show at the Bigfork Summer Playhouse, whitewater rafted with Wild River, and swam in Echo Lake. Lynn was a phenomenal host. Leaving us a cooler for our day trips, dropping off a bigger pot for when I cooked spaghetti one evening, making sure there were enough floats for all of the boys, firewood for the fire pit, etc. It is evident how much love and thought went into this cabin. So many thoughtful details and such an amazing use of space. We also rented the Trapper Cabin and it was so much fun having an outdoor shower, an additional bathroom for everyone, and a place to put my snoring husband. Don’t hesitate renting these cabins, truly a slice of heaven that we hope to return to.

Where to begin? We’ve been renting VRBOs for 30 years or so. I’d say this cabin is in our top 3 and probably #1 in most ways.First, the cabin is secluded at the top of its own little 26 acre hill. So quiet, we sat out on the porch or by the firepit in the evenings and heard NOTHING (except the crackling fire). And if you want an open view of about a million stars on a clear night…you got it! Several days, we were visited some local wild turkeys and deer.The cabin itself was very clean when we arrived, and looked very well cared for. The materials used for construction, floors, walls, cabinets, etc are perfect and very high quality. The décor is very tasteful and useful. There are lights everywhere and I think every one has a dimmer on the switch. Lots of high quality appliances, dinnerware, and utensils will make you want to cook your own meals while enjoying this place. The mattress on the bed that we used was super comfy as were the pillows. The cabin has lots of windows for viewing the beautiful thinned-out forest of pines on the surrounding acres.We met the owners when they dropped off some extra wood for the firepit…very nice folks.Lynn was very prompt with communication and even emailed a very detailed document regarding the cabin and local amenities. You can tell that they thought of every detail when they had this cabin build and furnished.The cabin is located minutes outside of Bigfork…close to everything you need and easy to get to.

Amazing visit!

Our family of 6 had an amazing stay! From swimming in nearby Echo Lake, tubing the Swan River, hiking Mt. Aeneus and multiple other nearby trails, and visiting Glacier National Park (less than an hour away), we were busy outdoors. Renting the main house along with the Trapper Cabin allowed for a real sense of privacy as well as the opportunity to use the outdoor shower and sleep in a historic building. We loved our stay, really enjoyed getting to meet Lynn, and can't wait to go back.

A true slice of heaven. Our family used this as a base for hiking in Glacier and Jewel Basin. The cabin is beautifully appointed with gorgeous views, it is peaceful and absolutely lovely. The hostess is amazing and has thought of each and every little touch. Outstanding communication and the most thorough introduction to the area and cabin we have ever received at a rental. I cannot give this enough stars.

Simply Perfect

We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Lynn is such a gracious host, ensuring that every little detail is just right. The beds are super comfortable, the cabin is very well-equipped with all the comforts of home and the surrounding property has gorgeous views. We loved watching the sun rise from the porch, exploring the woods, and most of all watching for wildlife visitors.

Fantastic place to get Away from it all

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. Very clean and quiet. Can't see any neighbors, you are on the top of a hill with nothing but views and trees. Inside of the cabin has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. The host is very quick to respond and our family had a great time. With a location that is very centralized to access Big Fork, Whitefish and Glacier is very convenient. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

A Perfect Montana Getaway – Truly Unforgettable!

This cabin made our Montana trip truly special. Peaceful, serene, and surrounded by absolutely breathtaking views - even more beautiful than the pictures can capture!The cabin was spotless, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. THE BEST!

There aren’t enough good things that I can possibly say about this property! Lynn was an amazing host and greeted us with all the info we needed for our stay. My boys immediately dove into the s’mores she had ready for us! The place is beautifully built with every single amenity you could need. The proximity to echo lake was perfect for our nightly fishing trips. Aside from the amazing location and ease of access to just about everything, the views were the best! Absolutely recommend this beautiful cabin to everyone! Can’t thank you enough Lynn!

Wonderful location and fantastic host

Our stay at this location was perfect. The property is relaxing and very comfortable. I have been renting vacation homes for my family for twenty years all over the United States and I can truly say this property ranks as my favorite. The host is amazing, very accommodating and helpful. She truly is a very nice person. I can not recommend this location higher. If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and fun location for your family this is the spot. Also if you have the opportunity to rent the trapper cabin I also recommend it. My parents stayed in it for the week and they loved it including the outdoor shower.

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful time. We spent almost a week for my daughters wedding in Big Fork and had a fantastic time. We all thought the house, while small lived large and loved all the little details put into everything. The porch was our entertainment for our down time. Deer, turkey and plenty of Views to take in. The extra little cabin is darling and the out door shower was a huge plus. Host was very helpful and checked on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed and if she could bring us anything. A little hard to find, but thats what makes it great, once you get there its so private and peaceful. You'll fall in love with the home, property and Montana!

Heaven In Flathead Valley

Ralph Lauren meets Architectural Digest. This place is amazing, we had to pinch ourselves to believe we were staying here. Lynn's cabin is the ultimate get away. All the peace and quiet you want within a short (and beautiful) drive to everything you need. To summarize: Lynn is a super host, very attentive, very committed to your stay, sweet and full of good local ideas. The cabin is full of thoughtful touches throughout, extremely clean, beautifully decorated, well appointed and a little big magical. The furnishings are high end, along with linens and appliances. Fun lawn toys available. Outdoor shower is a 'must have experience'. Location is at the top of a knoll, short walk, bike or drive to Echo Lake beach and put in spot. We can't WAIT to return!
