Beautiful and spacious lakefront cottage located on the shores of Silver Lake in Castile, New York. Spectacular water views in a serene and family-friendly campground. Minutes away from Letchworth State Park. The perfect getaway for anyone looking to live the "Lake Life.”

Head out on the water on one of the kayaks or paddle board, provided for you at the cottage.

Or rent our 2015 Harris pontoon boat for an additional fee of $300/day. Rent it for your entire length of stay for the discounted rate of $200/day. Tube included with the boat rental. *Drivers must be 25 years or older.

The owners of the property went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. They were so helpful. The views were the best on the lake. I cant say enough how amazing our experience was!

Wow!! We spent 3 1/2 days here with our three grandkids, and everyone had an amazing time. We wondered about the winding staircase for two 60 year olds and a 6 year old, but it turned out being no problem at all. The views are spectacular from both upstairs and down. We were in the hot tub twice a day. The kids caught fish off the dock. We kayaked and SUP'd multiple times. We had campfires. And we loved the proximity to the falls and swimming pool at Letchworth State Park. The only negative we can think of is the 300/day price for the boat. The boat is great, worked nicely. But, the kids did not want to be on it for as long as we imagined... so it was not worth the 300 for us. Overall, we felt this was a GREAT place for a vacation! Highly recommended!

Amazing lake front cottage!

Our family had a wonderful four night stay at this cottage on Silver Lake. We enjoyed all of the amenities offered to us, including the kayaks, boat rental, and hot tub. The cottage is just like home with super comfortable beds and beautiful furnishings. We cooked our meals easily with all of the cooking utensils provided, even a gas grill. Our hosts even surprised us with a basket of S’mores ingredients to enjoy by the fire pit (fire wood provided, too!) The Silver Lake community is very friendly, and we were tickled to observe a boat parade one evening around the lake. So fun! We left wishing we could stay just a few more days…but will hopefully return another summer.

Wonderful experience

I enjoyed my stay very much! The view was amazing, we enjoyed sitting outside doing some fishing from the docks, used the grill and kitchen for all our meals. Plenty of space, friendly neighborhood and quiet! Hope to stay again next year!!!

Lakefront cottage

Nice view of the lake. Spiral staircase needs to go and replaced with regular steps. Very hard to take luggage up n down. Plus they are metal and slippery. There is an old staircase outside to the one bedroom but it was raining and steps were dirty with debris. Parking is terrible. The house is surrounded by very close permanent campers so no privacy. Glad we were there during the week and not the weekend so we had a place to park. Park manager is very welcoming and the host took care of a water issue that arose. Clean n nice house we just prefer more privacy.

Beautiful view and very nice cottage!

This is a very nice place to stay and hope to come back! Enjoyed the neighbors that hung out with us, my families loved it also. Lots to do or kick back and just look at the water. Very pleased with this booking was easy, and communication was great!

Great place for getaway weekend

Really enjoyed our stay. So close to, and amazing view of, the lake (couldn't be closer). Perfect place for campfires. Having the availability of the boat and kayaks really made the trip for the kids. Thanks for a great time!

Beautiful lake and so close to Letchworth State Park!

Really enjoyed our stay, but wish it could have been longer! Loved the kayaks, paddle board, hot tub, and enjoyed renting the pontoon boat for a day! Owners were very responsive to our questions.

Great Lake Spot

Everything was great. Lauren was a great host. Location was perfect for us, house was clean and being able to dock our boat feet from the house was a plus. Neighbors were friendly. Hope to stay again!

Family Reunion

Place is super close to the lake. Paddle board was so fun! Kitchen needed more cleaning, and internet is on/off but they have a great CD collection and if you have elderly parents the spiral staircase can be taxing, but my daughter loved it. Overall it was what we needed and a good place to stay!

Great Family Getaway

We were in town for a wedding and family reunion at Letchworth SP, which was super close. We loved waking up to the lake views. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard. We had a nice campfire and smores on our last night, thanks to our host. Tons of towels and extra blankets came in handy with our family of 7. It was a perfect little getaway and would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

This property was perfect for all the different ages and all slept comforts and kitchen accommodated four cooks and grill was immaculate and kayaks were fun and dock was great for fishing and there was wood already in the large camp fire area. Hot tub was fun. Yard behind cottage was a great area for games and camp ground has a warm family atmosphere with a fun playground. The campground bath house came in handy when the bathroom in cottage was busy. The laundry facilities and bags of ice for purchase was affordable and so handy. Then of course the amazing view of the lake and WiFi and tv were all a plus. A wonderful place and experience. The owners couldn’t be more terrific. A great place
