4-Bedroom, 3-Full Bathroom Hidden Valley Townhouse w/ back deck and private hot tub overlooking pond! Turnkey, furnished and ready for you to make it your very own mountain getaway. Kitchen remodeled and new flooring throughout! On upper floor, 1 King bed w/ private full bath, 1 room w/ 2 Full Beds w/ private full bath. On first floor, 1 Queen room and 1 room w/ 2 Full Beds with private full bath on first floor. Total of 6 Beds and can comfortably sleep up to 12. Enjoy relaxing on back deck that overlooks the pond; within walking distance to the South Ridge Center Pool & Playground. This townhome is right at top of Hidden Valley ski resort, 2 min shuttle to slopes! Short walk to community pool and club house (renters have access to this). Tennis courts and golf course close by as well. On property is 55 in flatscreen TV, wood pellet fireplace, grill, large back deck overlooking pond and private hot tub. 2 parking spots available in front of property. Additional overflow parking available a block away at the community pool / clubhouse. 15 min drive to 7 springs resort, 30 min drive to Ohiopyle, idlewild and falling water landmark. Community outdoor heated pool with lifeguard on duty available to renters (open between Memorial Day and Labor Day) and short walk from townhouse. Washer and dryer on first level within the place, large back deck with grill, view of pond and hot tub. Enjoy your privacy when you rent entire townhome and bring the entire family! This is a perfect spot for large multi-family getaways as well as intimate, quiet vacations away. Dog friendly, one time $50 pet fee per stay.

We loved our weekend getaway. The location is half way for us to meet our daughter and son in law. We celebrated birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas this weekend since they won’t be able to come home for the holidays. The condo was perfect for this. Plenty of space. Great kitchen. The big dining table was perfect and where we spent the majority of our time. Eating, drinking and playing games. The only flaw was the hot tub. Owners were very responsive.

Very nice townhome in a beautiful setting. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking two ponds. Nice level yard for our little granddaughter to run around in.

Family Time

Good location and community entities a plus for spending time with family. Check-in excellent, kitchen facilities good, nice to have the hot tub. Some bedding options need updated as well as first floor bath room. But overall enjoyed our stay, great host.Reminder to others - Mondays alot of food/beverage places are closed or close early

Wonderful Stay

Hidden Valley has been our spring trip each year. This is the second year at this location. It is by far the best choice. First, Mark is a great host. He communicates all information needed in a timely manner and follows up with answers to any questions. The location of his place provided the perfect "home base" for our group. A group hiked the trails in Linn Run, L.Hill, and other trails. Others fished the local trout streams. We used it as launch point for Ligonier, F.L.Wright related sites. When we were all together this place was spacious enough for each person. The bedrooms are spacious and spaced out so that the later night and early morning members were not disturbed. The common living room was spacious enough for each to claim their own space to relax, read a book and relax.

Great place for family ski trip

Very happy with our stay. Place was very clean, comfortable, and had lots of space. Wifi was fast and worked the whole time we were there. Property manager answered immediately when we had some questions. Lodge was a short drive away. Really enjoyed the hot tub!

We have been staying at Hidden Valley for over ten years.This was the first time staying at this location and we are so glad we did. It was by far the nicest place yet. We are already looking forward to next year. There were many reasons we enjoyed this location. Upon walking in the front door the foyer/entry provided the perfect drop zone. There were enough hooks, built-ins and space for everyone’s jackets, keys, etc. Although we were here in the spring and didn’t need this, the ski racks and boot warmer would be a great touch during ski season. After leaving the entry area you enter a spacious living area. With this unit being on the end the additional windows really provide much natural light and brings the scenic outside in. As you look straight in you see a pellet fireplace. For us it was warm enough that we did not need a fire but the fireplace framed the space perfectly. The entire space is tastefully decorated with oversized leather sofas and recliner to enjoy the spacious room. The coffee bar was a great addition. If you are out and exploring the area stop in Ligonier at Crumpets tea shop to purchase one of the over 150 teas, or simply stop anywhere on the mountain and pick up a bag of Dark Side Roaster fresh coffees. This home provides the perfect location to enjoy either. The kitchen was large with everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and far enough away from the living space. This provided great privacy. Although we did not need AC the entire unit has AC

Great Inside but …..

The condo itself was very nice and quite comfortable….. once we got my 80 year old husband (who has health issues and walks with a walker) inside. Before I reserved this place, I emailed the owners and told them that my husband couldn’t climb stairs and that he walks with a walker. I was assured that he would be fine as there was a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. There was no mention of the narrow uphill blacktop path or the two steps (one much higher than the other) that we had to get up just to get in the place. I would recommend that this situation is mentioned in the property description and possibly a picture taken from the parking spot looking toward the front door be added the the online pictures. Like I said, once we were able to get him in the place, we really enjoyed our stay. Getting him back down the path when we were leaving was impossible. We had to back the car up the hill which left ruts in the mud. Our grandchild really enjoyed themselves. Lots of room, nice table for playing games/cards…. Huge kitchen and tv. The couches in the living room were really comfortable, especially for napping. This place would be perfect for a young family!!!

we had a great corner lot with beautiful space and cozy. it was well set - pet friendly ( didnt apply to us ) and nice decor ! plenty of tvs. we didn’t use the deck but did use hot tub ! yay we had one warm hot room one night upstairs so we has to figure out thermostat but all very cozy for 4 with room for more

Ski season

The townhome is a spacious and quiet unit. Its an easy walk from the parking lot wirh only 2 steps. The owners thoughtfully left a wagon to help with unloading. They checked on us several times during our extended stay to ensure everything was ok, much appreciated! Owners responded quickly to any questions we had. Beds are very comfy and we had everything we needed for a wonderful 5 week stay for us and our dog!

Our family and dogs enjoyed our annual trip to Somerset for Thanksgiving. The townhouse was spacious, newly renovated and well equipped. The owner, Mark, was pleasant, prompt to respond to questions, and easy to deal with. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Friends weekend

We had a great stay! Visited Frank Lloyd Wright’s homes, Flight 93 Memorial, a couple wineries and restaurants. Each year this same group of women visit a different location for a long weekend. This year did not disappoint! Would recommend for others.

Recommendations

Overall, we liked your property. We were disappointed that we could not use the fire pit because the wood was not covered and therefore wet. Also the deck cushions are not covered and therefore they were wet and had to wait for them to dry out an entire day. You may want to get covers for both. Also, the drain in the master bathroom tub was clogged.

We love hidden valley and the amazing adventures we have every time we visit. We love to ski as a family, bike ride, hike, play tennis, and pool time. We purchased this property in early 2021 and have had a lot of fun remodeling, renovating, and making it our own. We hope you enjoy!

This is a great property for families or multiple families looking to get away. 4 bed rooms and 3 full bath make it very comfortable for multiple families to stay. Newly renovated kitchen and large living space are great places to hang out, play games or watch sports. Back patio has a grill, hot tub, and chairs for enjoying the sunset and back area pond. Short walk to community pool, tennis courts and playground. Free shuttle stops right in front of our place to take you to the slopes during ski season.
