Relax in our spacious 2 bedroom apartment with living room , full size kitchen, dining room for 6, full size laundry and three bathrooms, one upstairs one downstairs and one outside. Downstairs we have a king size bed in one room with a 43" smart tv . In the other bedroom have 3 twin size beds with plenty of usb standard and C ports for all your charging needs. There is also a large 3/4 bathroom complete with privacy stall and oversized shower. Wifi Speeds up to 1 gig and a 70" smart tv upstairs for all your streaming needs. We also have a large library of DVD's and VHS ( yes I said VHS) for your viewing pleasure. There is a swimming pool and grill area with outdoor table and restroom if you choose to enjoy the weather. Weather permitting, we offer an outdoor movie experience complete with a 37 ft screen, surround sound and 4 gas fire pits. Everything is freshly renovated, inside and out. Plenty of parking and covered parking for motorcycles, close to airport and less than 1 hour to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg , Tail of the dragon and many other tourist areas.
There are 4 outdoor cameras for your security and ours. One that covers the parking area, one that covers the pool, one that covers the pool and theater, one that covers the theater and fire pit area. These are not monitored but recorded if they need to be reviewed.

Our host was extremely responsive and generous (Everything you would want when traveling to an unknown area with family). A cozy place to stay when traveling to the area. Everything we needed was provided and we had such a great time staying here. WiFi was great, always hot water, clean, Two full baths which was key for a family with teens. Thanks for a great stay.

Female cousin trip, best part was feeling safe. As women that was our top priority. The location was also great for early morning flights, really easy and fast to get to the airport. The host was wonderful and very helpful as we left things the first time we stayed there. Our items were waiting for us when we stayed there again at the end of our trip. We will definitely stay there again when we visit the Knoxville area.

Property was fantastic as was the host and his family. Very friendly and accommodating. Home was extremely clean and very organized. Pool was nice and the landscaping was beautiful. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay if you are visiting the area. Thanks so much for hosting us

Great hidden gem

The property was a hidden little gem. Only 30 miles to Pigeon Forge and Gatinburg. And just a few minutes away from TYS Knoxville airport. Great weekend get away. Wish we had more time to use all of the great included amenities. The huge outdoor movie area was amazing.

Comfortable and Great stay

We all loved it. Awesome movie selection and perfect layout for our family of five. Teen boys loved the fusball table. Ordered amazing Cuban takeout for dinner and were very relaxed.

Perfect Family Holiday

This property is immaculate! The owners take pride in maintaining it for their guests, which is much appreciated. They are very responsive to questions. We want to come back in the warm months to enjoy the pool and an outdoor movie. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

Short, nice stay

VERY clean. Very nice. We went to a football game and arrive after the game at 12:30 am. Tony's place was perfect to stay overnight and wake up the next morning to drive back to Nashville. Tony was a great host.

Perfect Retreat! The property is immaculate. The beds are comfortable. The living room furniture is cozy, comfy--perfect for hanging out with the family. We watched movies and played card and board games--even the teenager! We were aged 9 months to 87 years. This property provided the perfect spot to spend time with loved ones. The pool is a very nice feature and also the outdoor seating area, complete with grill and movie screen. We did a fair amount of cooking. The kitchen has everything you need. The table seats 6, which was perfect for us. The host is wonderful--great communicator and very responsive.

Loved it!!

Very clean and everything inside was so organized! It was a very cozy place to stay and hang out to watch movies on the projector by a fire pit! It was nice being able to pick up on the movie that was playing outside, on the tv inside as well! Itā€™s definitely the perfect spot for a little game night in with friends or a home away from home. Tony was very nice and attentive. I Will be booking here again in the future! 10/10

Great place to stay.

It was clean, professional and had every comfort of home! It had plenty of space for everyone plus. This was my first time using Vrbo and im glad we found this place. We didnt have to sacrifice any privacy and the Host was great. I would highly recommend. We didnt have time to use the ourdoor theater (which was a BIG bummer). Thia set the bar for my family using Vrbo. To the host: THANK YOU!

College Reunion

We chose this property because it was centrally located for us. It was the perfect getaway for our college reunion. The pool and outdoor amenities made for fun day and night. We loved floating in the pool and watching movies on the big screen. The location was close enough to Knoxville outdoor markets and great food. Tony was very accommodating and responsive. We will be booking again. Thanks for everything.

Birthday get away

The listing was exactly what the listing showed. The above garage loft was cute, clean and had great electronics. We enjoyed some movies on the big screen with surround sound in the living room. Loved the pool and bike trail area across the road. The place was surrounded by forest and was surprisingly rural but the house was close to the main road and close to a large, historical cemetery. Which I thought was cool.

Great stay overall

Great stay property was very clean safe and easily accessible the tv in the bedroom didnā€™t work but thatā€™s fine. I just which their were more details and clarity on some things. For example the outside screen had to be turned on by the host every time we used it granted we didnā€™t get to use it because of the poor weather conditions.

Fun!

The family loved this fun property. The kids loved swimming. The owner invited us to join their family for an Indiana Jones movie at their outdoor theater. It was a perfect night. The individual fires and the surround sound made it better than a movie theater. The boys played foosball anytime we were inside. A new bathroom with a super fancy shower wasn't listed.. it was just finished. It was a nice bonus! Great stay.

Quiet retreat

We had a great stay and enjoyed the garage apartment. It was laid out nicely and had plenty of space. We made good use of the pool and even watched a movie on the outdoor theater system. Communication with the host was quick and responsive. Note, this is above a ā€œworkingā€ garage so there was definitely some noise (tools, the garage door opening or closing, music, etc) but it didnā€™t bother us. Families with napping aged kids might want to be aware though. Location was great, very close to a Food Lion, Richy Kreme donut shop, and good Cuban sandwiches at Aroma cafe. Also super easy to get on the highway to get to Knoxville. Weā€™d be happy to stay here again.
