Summary:
Welcome to Anchor Landing! This beautiful home is located in the Château Cove community with GORGEOUS VIEWS of TABLE ROCK LAKE here in the fun-filled city of Branson, Missouri! Space for your large group will not be a problem in this large 3-story home that can sleep up to 35 PEOPLE! 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms allow for everyone to have their own space while the large kitchen, 2 living rooms, and 3 BACK DECKS provide all the opportunities you want for everyone to be together!

The Space:
The HOT TUB, 2 FIRE PITS, pool table, air hockey, foosball table, shuffleboard, and arcade game offer something fun for everyone!!

Guest Access:
The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the playground, and the walking trail down to a little cove of Table Rock Lake!

The Neighborhood:
The well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Just a few houses down is the INDOOR POOL complete with a sauna for the adults, umbrella fountains for the kids, and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Out the front door of the house and up an outdoor staircase is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL where there are more umbrella fountains to enjoy, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones!! Then, at the end of our street is access to Table Rock Lake! Enjoy the short wooded trail down to the neighborhood’s SECLUDED COVE! Bring your poles if you want to go FISHING, bring your floats if you want to go SWIMMING, or bring a lawn chair if you just want to sit back and ENJOY THE VIEW!

Getting Around:
Location at this home could not be more ideal to enjoy all that Branson has to offer! Take your group out on a boat from Château MARINA (3 minutes away) or the State Park MARINA (10 minutes away)! Go swimming at MOONSHINE BEACH (5 minutes away)! Have a fun-filled day at the city’s old-fashioned theme park, SILVER DOLLAR CITY (10 minutes away)! Or enjoy an endless amount of activities on the BRANSON 76 STRIP (8 minutes away)!

I was told the hot tub was barely warm enough so they put the cover on to help get it up to heated.The upstairs unit wasn't cooling. It was fixed promptly!The floors look clean but they aren't. One wipe with a baby wipe came up very dirty. Floors were sticky all over the house.Was low on firewood - delivered promptly!Beds were nice and comfy.Would suggest adding an easy chair and computer table and office chair to each adult room.Thank you - great place to stay. Yes it was a very very nice home with so many things to do. It was spacious and everyone enjoyed having their privacy. I would definitely recommend this wonderful home to anyone who is looking for a large place to accommodate a large group. Host and all concerned were very helpful and redo on beds quickly to my questions or concerns

The house was exactly as advertised! It allowed us to have all of those that love and support us be under the same roof for our wedding!! Large house with plenty of space and opportunity for privacy as well!! Highly recommend!!

It was a perfect fit for our 70 group (20). Accessibility and parking was nearby and adequate. The main floor great room and deck were a perfect gathering space and the kitchen more than adequate for our needs.

Beautiful place, games downstairs that the kids enjoyed. We had a slight problem with the hot tub overheating and spouting water, but was quickly fixed when we made Adam aware of it. We only had nineteen and had plenty of room for everyone, we would definitely stay again if we come back to Branson.

We brought our college hockey team to the house here in Table Rock and what an incredible experience for our team. A beautiful home, really updated, well furnished, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, eating and even supplies to clean the dishes to make everything so easy. The rooms we're very comfortable and spacious, the bathrooms we're incredibly clean, stocked soaps, great towels, beds, etc. The game area in the basement was a hit with shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball and more.Even outside, a great, clean hot tub, pool table, fire pit for late night gatherings and an easy walk to the outdoor or indoor pools. The house is also very close to amusements and attractions within Branson itself and Moonshine beach or you can even walk a back trail to a small piece of the lake as well.I am so incredibly impressed with this house, our team really enjoyed it and cant wait to be back again next summer. Check in was easy and the home and property was perfect for our large family. Activities were in close walking distance and events were within short driving distances of 5 to 25 minutes. Kids ages 4 to 16 were all entertained. They have all asked us to come back next year!

Great location that fit our needs perfectly

Our stay was great! The house was perfect for our needs and the location was wonderful! Those staying in the bunk rooms appreciated having lots of convenient outlets Those in the bedrooms loved having private on-suite bathrooms. The view from the upstairs master was amazing. We appreciated having plenty of pillows and having two dishwashers in the main kitchen. We loved having plenty of counter space for eating and food prepping. Check in was a breeze. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star review is the cleanliness of the house. The cleaners really missed the mark here. The floors throughout the house were sticky and very dirty upon check-in. The rugs and carpeting were very heavily soiled, in particular the area rug in the main living area was black with dirt. The bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty clean for the most part with the exception of the floors, again. We had a couple of minor issues early on that Meredith promptly took care of for us. She was kind, courteous and professional at all times. Overall our stay was pretty great and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again but I would probably bring my own mop and bucket.

House was beautiful and well stocked. The two sets of washers and dryers, double dishwashers and two full fridges were perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for us to gather for meals but also space to spread out. The location was perfect. It was close to attractions and near the pools. The owner was very easy to work with and quickly responded to all my questions. We could have used dressers in the bedrooms and pool pictures need updated. The spray mushrooms are gone, but the pool was still very nice. We made great use of the covered pool to keep the kids out of the sun a bit. The description of the pool across the street is true but failed to mention that it is up a few flights of steps which would be an issue if you had mobility problems. The hot tub had a leak. Our check in was a bit delayed. We were not able to get in until after 4:20 due to cleaning not being finished. The cleaners were very polite and apologized. It was also obvious that they were trying to hurry. Overall, this was a beautiful home on a great location with plenty of space and lots of fun options to keep the kids happy. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome family gathering

Great place to have a large family gathering. With 12 grandkids and adults, this home provides everything needed for a wonderful time. Plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms. Local Branson activities near by but the pools at the location kept the kids entertained too. Definitely a location and home to consider when you have a large group.

Family getaway

The property was beautiful! Plenty of room for 2 grandparents, 6 adult children, 7 adult grands, 2 grandchildren. And 4 aunts and uncles! Close to lots of things to keep everyone busy! We were very busy, food was close and served family style meals. We all had a great time. Furniture was very comfortable, beds were comfortable. Hot tub was hot and Indoor pool was too cold for grandma! All in all we had a wonderful stay. Thanks for the memories!

The property had everything we needed for a family group of 21. House was clean. There were enough king beds for all the moms and dads and still plenty of sleeping quarters for the kids. The game room was amazing. Our kids spent almost all their "home time"there. The pools were also a favorite place to relax and play. The house was convenient to all the vacation hot spots in the area. Only 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City, for example.

Perfect for our family reunion

The home got all 25 of us comfortably for our family reunion. There was plenty to do around the house to keep the kids entertained. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool was convenient and we were able to use both as it was a rainy weekend.

Perfect winter getaway for our crew!

Perfect place to ring in new year

Family holiday trip. 5/7 adult kids and their families. Perfect location! Walking distance to ,pool, lots to do at the house, hiking trails, beautiful view. The house itself is amazing! Only complaint- time went too fast!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a 2nd Time

Highly recommend for a 2nd consecutive year. This is the second time I've stayed with Nightly Vacations and the experience was just as good. Last year I stayed in Lakeside Landing and this year we stayed in Anchor Landing. Both homes are identical in room and bed configuration. We had a group of 19 from ages 2 through adult. The varying size rooms and beds worked great for us. Superior customer service from the team. Very communicative and responsive. We will use Adam again for our next trip to Branson.

Multi-Family Trip

Anchor Landing is a very spacious, clean, beautiful home! Our teens enjoyed the game room area downstairs. The kitchen is very well-stocked. Plenty of room for our three families. Plenty of parking spaces also. We can’t say enough good things about the home! Communication with the host is also excellent. We will recommend this home to others!

Howdy! My name is Adam Martin and I have been owning and managing vacation rentals here in Branson since 2015. My wife, Katlyn, and I have lived and worked in the Branson area for over 15 years. I loved being a director at Kanakuk's Family Kamp in previous years but now serve as the executive director at Kanakuk's gap year program, Link Year. I am thankful and blessed to be a part of this wonderful ministry!

Living in Branson has allowed us to enjoy so many aspects of this town and the fun activities all around the area. From the beauty of the lake, the many shows and attractions, to wonderful date spots, it’s all memory making! We have 3 amazing kids and also love taking advantage of the fun Branson offers for the little ones as well. So, with that, I love being able to share with YOU (our guests) all these great recommendations so y’all can fall in love with Branson just like we have!

Our vacation homes range from 1 bedroom all the way up to 12 bedrooms. So, whatever the size of your group, we hope to have something that is a fit for you! And because we live in Branson, we will be readily available to help if you need anything while vacationing with us.
