This is the best of both worlds! Your lovely and quiet condo at The Dawn is on the Galveston Seawall, right in the midst of all the attractions and activities on the island. Conveniently located on the bottom floor and right across from the heated pool, the condo is a short walk from the beach, which is directly across the street from The Dawn.

Plus, you're a 10 minute drive or less from Moody Gardens, the Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and numerous restaurants and shops!

Labor Day getaway

We spent 4 nights here. It is located right in the middle of everything. Nice condo with pool right outside of patio area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We enjoyed out stay. The unit was very clean, and it provided everything that we needed. The pool was just a few steps away. The pool was nicely maintained. The person in the office was very friendly. Our 4 other adult quests also enjoyed themselves.

Galveston Get-Away

Host answered questions I had before making reservations. Check-in was easy, property was clean with all necessary items available. Location was good for us...near the pool, across the street from the beach, and close to many restaurants and markets. Overall, this is a great place to stay for anyone wanting to visit Galveston.

Wonderful!

Great ground floor unit that looks out to the pool. Perfect large size to spread out and feel like a home away from home. Walking distance to the beach and quick access to everything else.

Real Paradise

Great experience!!! There were couple issues dues to the hurricane but the host corrected in record time. I want to thank the host again. Perfect home away from home. Beach right across the street and easy access to the pool. This is my 8th time staying in this complex and this one is at the top of the list.

Location,Location, Location

It’s hard to beat a gated condo across the street from the beach, with a super Walmart within walking distance. We enjoyed the gulf, the pool, Jimmys Pier, Gaidos and Landry’s all a close drive. Larry was an excellent host, because I never needed to contact him. Everything was easy-peasy.

Great location. Easy access to the beach!

We loved the location of this condo (right across the street from the beach)! The property was very comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Coffee at the Dawn

The location was perfect. I especially loved the walk to the beach through the complex. The landscape tidy and pleasing to the senses. The condo is a corner unit on the first level just steps from the pool. Initially the trip was going to be 6 adults, our friends had a hiccup and I invited my neice and her family. All together we were 4adults, 2 14yr olds, 6,4,and a two year old. With two king beds and the pullout couch we slept comfy. The unit is prepped with everything you need for a day at the beach including a few Beach towels, chairs and a beach blanket. I especially LOVED the backup Mr Coffee pot! I am not a fan of the kurig. I am from Louisiana where you cand stand a spoon in your coffee!! Coffee at the Dawn on the back porch listening to the early morning waves, was just the summer magic I needed! Thank you Mark, for sharing your space!

beautiful property

the property was very nice, the only problem we had was that the pool area is right outside the master bedroom and they have extremely bright spotlights on all night that make it seem like daytime in the bedroom. we hung towels on the window to darken the room and it was fine. other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Condo

We had a blast staying at this condo! The rooms are beautiful and the community is one of the more attractive ones I've seen in Galveston. This unit is right by the pool! There was plenty to do in the area and we especially enjoyed all the extras provided in the condo! The beach is within walking distance!

You get 2 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, along with a sleeper sofa. You can comfortably sleep 6 people here, which is hard to find for a reasonable price on Galveston. You are close to many attractions on the island, including Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, Pleasure Pier, and many restaurants and shops.
