Pros, The property was very well stocked with all the things you need for vacation. Everything seemed ok initially, great location. Pools were both nice.Cons, the condo did not appear to be cleaned. I found previous renters clothes laying around. Dead bugs in the living room. The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it. We had to launder them before use. The last two things were pretty unbelievable. First we were sitting on the first floor patio and seen a 8” rat scurry across the front of the neighbors patio. And last, on the following night, our last before departure, I woke to use the restroom around midnight to find a 2” cockroach rooting around in the bathroom garbage can. Absolutely disgusting. I wish I had my phone to get a pic. But it took off before I could get one. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.The host was notified, and quite frankly, I did not get the impression that he cared at all. Merely thanked me for letting him know. I was forced to sterilize all my luggage and belongings to prevent infestation of my own home upon my return. I would not recommend this property. No one should have to worry about stuff like this when paying over 300 per night after “cleaning fees” and other miscellaneous charges.
