Fantastic Seawall Condo- Garden and Pool view

The beach across the street was recently replenished with sand. Walk the beach at sunrise or chill out at one of two spectacular pools with jacuzzi. The beds are pillow top king. The condo has two baths, one with a tub and one with a step in shower. Kitchen is completely equipped with all you need to cook, including Keurig single-cup and drip combo brewer, and Ninja Blender. Basic XFinity basic cable. The seawall is right across the street and is in the middle of some great people watching. Galveston Convention Center, Wal-mart and Kroger grocery stores are a short walk from the condo. Shlitterbahn water park, The Historic Strand and Moody Gardens are a short drive. The complex is a secured gated community, kid friendly, yet quiet.

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The location of the condo on the first floor by the pool is amazing and convenient. The owner was also super friendly and helpful. And mostly I loved the 11 am check out. The whole experience was top tier 10/10 for sure. Weā€™ll be back for sure.

Very nice condo, clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting with nice pools...hot tub was great as the weather was a little cooler during our stay. Wish the pools were heated just a bit.

Great Place

This property was exactly how it was described w/ the location to the beach and pool, amenities provided, etc. Very clean. I loved that we were on first floor and next to pool. One added bonus that was not mentioned was that the master bedroom had a desk; I was able to take mtgs in the bedroom w/out having to make the kids be quiet or outside.

A little sun and a lot of family

A wonderful place to stay. You can walk to the beach. Plenty of places to eat if you donā€™t want to cook, but we fixed breakfast, lunch and dinner for our group. The condo had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the time there!!

Clean, charming, and close to pool and beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is seconds away from pool access and a very short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the walk-in shower was welcomed after a day in the Texas heat. We were booked to go just a week after Hurricane Beryl hit Galveston, and Alva went out of her way to check the complex and unit to ensure that there was no damage and everything was good to go. Weā€™ll definitely stay here again for our next visit to the island!

First floor, quick pool and beach access

Condo is on the first floor with a patio that opens to the pool and the beach is across Seawall Blvd. Quiet property, across the street from Walmart and within a few miles of several grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Quick and easy access to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens. Property owner was easy to work with. Condo had most things needed for daily living.

Wonderful Condo!

My husband & two daughters stayed her and it was a nice and clean condo. Easy access to the pools & the beach. The owner and office staff were very helpful. I definitely recommend this condo and we plan to go back.

Fabulous find

This was a great property, spacious and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to questions and even called the day we were arriving to give her number if we had any questions or problems. They had beach chairs and toys available (not that we needed them). We will definitely come back for another visit.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location. First floor. Easy access to the beach. Pool right out the back door. Just wish the weather had been better. Pretty windy and cool, but maybe thatā€™s the norm in March.

Awesome spot for families

We had a great stay at the Dawn. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our family vacation. We stayed for a week and the kitchen was well-appointed to make meals for my family. My children loved the pools and the "secret passageway". We loved being on the 1st floor with 2 small children! We were close enough to beaches and Wal Mart if we needed anything! Nice location. Not too busy, but close enough to the action of the pier and the Strand and the beaches.
