Come and enjoy a wonderful vacation at "Dune Just Fine", our beautiful beach home located in the Village at Nags Head, sound-side. Enjoy all of the great Village amenities with your stay, including access to the Village Beach Club which offers a large swimming pool, kiddie pool, snack bar, bar, restrooms, and private beach access. Play tennis at the beach club, or a round of golf right around the corner - we are within walking distance of Nags Head Golf Links. Enjoy a walk to either of the two neighborhood sound-side piers to watch beautiful sunsets!

This 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals & snacks. All bedrooms offer comfortable bedding and smart TV. Towels and bed linens are all provided, and beds are made for you. Bedrooms: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin Bunkbeds, 1 Queen Sofa bed.

Enjoy breakfast on the deck before heading to the beach! In the evening, play some corn hole or darts as you grill out on the charcoal grill, or grab seafood and have a feast on the picnic table.

Dune Just Fine is surrounded by great restaurants, good shopping, and fun things to do! Do it all or relax and do nothing!

Return Stay

We stayed in the same location 3 years ago, found everything to be excellent and returned to find it was still a clean, lovely, well-appointed home in the perfect location with the most gracious of hosts who addressed every question promptly and with such kindness. This is perfect for people who want a peaceful, relaxing stay within walking distance of the beach.

Great Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our two families of four. The location was great with the beach just a short walk away. The pool access with all the amenities at the Village Beach Club really put it over the top. Thanks Bob!

Our yearly getaway

This has become our annual trip and Robert and Gays place has become our vacation home away from home. Couldnā€™t ask for a better place to stay in OBX. Location is great, right in the middle of everything yet tucked away off the main drag. Beach club is great for the kiddos with a big pool when they get tired of the beach. Would definetly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family. The location and beach club access were ideal. My husband was even able to enjoy a round of golf while our daughter napped one day and participated in a local 5K; which he could walk to the starting line. We had the best week and would definitely stay again.

AMAZING Vacation Home!

This was our first time visiting OBX, and we could not have asked for a better home for all of us to stay. It fit the 6 of us perfectly (with room to spare), was walking distance to the beach, loved the beach club and centralized to so many activities. Bob is an amazing host, very responsive. I highly recommend choosing here to stay, we will definitely be booking again!

Great location!

We had a great time. The house is clean and well stocked with laundry detergent, cleaning supplies and hand soap. There was a minor hiccup with the AC, but the owner was very responsive sending someone to repair it the next day. Overall we had a great relaxing family vacation!

Wonderful Beach Week!

Our family had a wonderful week at ā€œDune Just Fineā€. The house was clean, roomy and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. We liked the neighborhood for walking and biking. The proximity to the pool, beach and golf course is great. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset at the pier on the sound. Host was responsive and timely with communication. He came by to replace a malfunctioning smoke detector and kept us informed concerning the repair of the AC unit before our arrival. Itā€™s was a really hot week at the beach and the AC was working well and much appreciated. This was our first stay in this home and weā€™ve rebooked for next year!

Absolutely perfect!

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Just Dune Fine. The location and access to the pool, beach and parking were very convenient. The decor and amenities were amazing. We had everything we needed to make meals at the house, grill, and even included beach chairs. šŸ¤—We enjoyed a nice bbq and there is so much space for everyone. Our kids really enjoyed the house and were thrilled with it. We would definitely rent this beach house again. We were very lucky to have found this location. Beautiful 2021 beach week family memories!!

Nags head

Very nice, convenient to beach, well stocked, clean. We found it was not walkable to the beach because you have to cross a very busy highway to get there. Also it may have been listed but the pool closes at 5:00 p.m. that was very disappointing as I am very sensitive to the sun and swim at night. We had a nice stay.

Our yearly getaway

This is the third year we've stayed at Robert and Gay's place. As always, it was a wonderful time. The place is the perfect layout for our large family. We love the pool and beach club you get access to when staying at the house. No scrambling for parking and after the kids get tired at the beach we can go enjoy the pool. In additional to the place itself, Robert is always super responsive if we need anything and was very understanding when our youngest broke a lamp this year : /. Would absolutely recommend. It would be hard to even think of staying anywhere else when we visit OBX. Lord willing, we hope to be back next year!

Perfect kickoff to summer fun!

Our family came together to celebrate my boyfriends birthday for Memorial Day weekend. This place was our lucky find!! Cleanest place we have ever been for a rental!! All of the gorgeous online photos cannot do justice to just how beautifully decorated this home is. Everything we could have needed was perfectly organized into each cabinet/drawer/room. The layout was super convenient-kept everyone connected while spacious and comfy. The beds were comfortable, the linens were modern and soft. The kitchen was perfect for sharing all kinds of family time cooking together. The dining table and place settings were fun, stylish and modern. I am super OCD about more things than I like to admit and I have to say this place HIT EVERY MARK FOR EVERY POSSIBLE THING WE COULD HAVE HOPED FOR! In fact, so many things pleasantly exceeded our expectations!! Thank you to Bob and Gaye for making this trip so special and for opening your home to us to have the new memories with our family that we will all cherish!! We will be back as soon as we can!
